- Language:Bulgarian
- Subject(s):Economy, Business Economy / Management, ICT Information and Communications Technologies
- Page Range:51-61
- No. of Pages:11
- Keywords:artificial intelligence; idea validation; MVP; market experiments; digital entrepreneurship
- Summary/Abstract:The paper examines the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as an accelerator for faster, cheaper, and more reproducible entrepreneurial idea validation in pre‑startup and early startup stages. We propose an integrated framework that links classical validation stages-Problem-Solution Fit (PSF), Product-Market Fit (PMF), and business model fit-with the desirability-feasibility-viability triad and AI capabilities for hypothesis generation, market signal extraction, experiment design and analysis, as well as demand and financial scenario forecasting. Methodologically, we introduce an AI‑supported four‑step validation funnel: hypotheses and segmentation (JTBD, leap‑of‑faith assumptions); market signal extraction (topic modeling, sentiment analysis); rapid experiments (landing pages, fake‑door tests, A/B testing); financial and operational validation (CAC, LTV/CAC, payback, scenarios). Using three applied cases (natural cosmetics, children’s party center, and an EdTech micro‑credential offer), we demonstrate key KPIs (CTR, CVR, NPS, CAC, LTV/CAC), decision thresholds (go/kill/pivot), and practices to reduce false positives. Finally, we propose governance mechanisms via human‑in‑the‑loop, traceability protocols (data prompts-versionsmetrics), and a practical checklist for responsible AI‑assisted idea validation.

Industry 5.0 emphasizes resilience and the integration of real-time data from IoT and cyber-physical systems. The proposed model defines a Municipal Digital Twin—a virtual replica of the urban environment and critical infrastructure. This twin allows for scenario modeling of various risks (natural disasters, accidents) and high-accuracy simulation. Municipalities can test action plans, optimize resource deployment, and identify vulnerabilities before an event occurs. The introduction of the model must be strategically integrated into Regional Development Plans. The conclusion emphasizes that the Digital Twin is a critical element for achieving proactiveness and enhanced operational efficiency in municipal security management.

- Keywords:energy policy; national interest; conflictology; Industry 5.0; Bulgaria
- Summary/Abstract:In the context of global industrial transformation and accelerated decarbonization, Bulgarian energy policy has become an arena of sharp conflicts between incompatible interests. The paper argues that the national interest in energy is not a fixed objective given, but the outcome of a temporary and unstable balance between multiple internal and external actors. Building on an integrated synergetic-conflictological framework that combines stakeholder theory, small states theory and synergetics, the paper maps four key conflict fields (state companies vs. industry, national autonomy vs. European requirements, energy security vs. geopolitical influences, short-term profit vs. long-term sustainability) and analyses critical decisions from 2007 to 2024. A comparative assessment of Poland, the Czech Republic, Portugal and, briefly, Romania reveals the critical lack of a proactive Bulgarian model and the limited use of shelter-seeking strategies. The paper proposes a triple reform - institutional, methodological and procedural - to transform conflicts into synergy, including the establishment of a National Council for Energy Strategy, systematic stakeholder analysis, a digital one-stop-shop for investments and proactive EU engagement.

- Summary/Abstract:The report examines the role of digital communities and social networks as drivers of the transformation of consumer culture—from individual and materialoriented consumption to collaborative, responsible, and sustainable consumption. The transition to Society 5.0 signifies a novel phase in the evolution of sociotechnological systems, wherein digitalization functions not only as a tool but also as an agent of transformation in economic and consumer processes. Digital communities function as social ecosystems in which the exchange of information, experience, and resources forms new models of the "conscious consumer." Digital technologies, including artificial intelligence, virtual communities, and social impact algorithms, have enabled the emergence of digital cultures that have become a significant catalyst for sustainable consumption.

On the basis of a literary review and analysis of good practices, a model for the creation of a school volunteer club is presented, which integrates the principles of learning through action, teamwork and cooperation between the school, the family and the community. The study justifies that such a club not only stimulates the development of communicative, social and leadership skills, but also improves the school climate, creating an environment of trust and mutual assistance. Stages have been proposed for building the club – from information and motivation to initiatives and reflection – as well as guidelines for sustainable functioning. In conclusion, it is stressed that school volunteering must be a strategic element of the educational process that promotes the humanity, active citizenship and social responsibility of young people.

- Language:Bulgarian
- Subject(s):Social Sciences, Economy, Business Economy / Management, Sociology, Social Informatics, ICT Information and Communications Technologies
- Page Range:257-268
- No. of Pages:12
- Keywords:digital communities; social impact; strategic management; engagement; artificial intelligence
- Summary/Abstract:The report analyzes the strategic management of digital communities engaged in social causes, integrating key concepts of social capital, digital activism and corporate social responsibility (CSR/ESG) into a single theoretical and methodological framework. The research is based on mixed approaches, combining online surveys, in-depth interviews and content analysis of over 1000 social media posts. On this basis, a strategic community management process is formulated in six interconnected steps: defining the cause and goals; audience profiling and identification mechanisms; platform selection and interaction architecture; content strategy and moderation; measurement through indicators (KPIs) and cyclical optimization; sustainability through partnerships, resources and risk management. The results show that the engagement of participants is a function of the authenticity of the cause, the quality of the content and the leadership of the community manager/moderators, with 82% of respondents declaring weekly activity. Additionally, the role of artificial intelligence (AI) – generative models, chatbots and analytical tools – for scalability and personalization is discussed, as well as critical ethical aspects (transparency, data protection, bias and balance between automation and human control).

A mixed research method with triangulation is applied: an online survey (n=312), in-depth interviews (n=15), and content analysis of more than 1,000 publications from the period 2022–2024. The results outline: the leading role of Facebook as a platform for organizing causes; the dependence between management practices (moderation, rules, content calendar) and community sustainability; the importance of transparency and accountability for trust and conversions to real actions (donations, participation in campaigns). Empirical indicators of engagement are presented, as well as practical guidelines for building a community: defining a “core” of active participants, using visual content and stories, partnerships for resource sustainability. The report concludes with recommendations for NGOs and business organizations to create sustainable digital communities with measurable social impact.

- Keywords:digital inequality; access to knowledge; digital skills; Society 5.0; access to digital resources
- Summary/Abstract:The concept of Society 5.0 represents a development model that combines technological advancement with a human-centered approach aimed at a sustainable and inclusive society. Access to knowledge and digital competencies are key factors for social integration, innovation, and economic growth. However, digital inequality limits opportunities for full participation in education and the economy, particularly among vulnerable groups and regions with limited connectivity. This study aims to analyze the impact of digital inequality on access to knowledge in the context of Society 5.0 and to outline the main socio-economic and educational barriers to digital inclusion. The methodological framework includes secondary data analysis from Eurostat, OECD, and ITU regarding digital skills, internet access, and online education. A comparative analysis of best practices and initiatives in digital literacy is conducted, along with a review of concepts related to digital equity and equal access to knowledge. The expected results identify the key dimensions of digital inequality and provide recommendations for policies and practices that support equal access to digital resources and education. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of the role of digital inclusion as a prerequisite for realizing the potential of Society 5.0 and for creating inclusive models of learning and work in the digital era.
