Summary/Abstract: This report develops human-centered motivational models adapted to Industry 5.0, integrating classical theories and contemporary approaches to enhancing creativity, autonomy, and well-being. Through a systematic review of the literature and critical synthesis, the strengths and gaps in existing frameworks are identified and a hybrid model combining personalization, technological advancement, and organizational culture is proposed. Key findings suggest that adaptive, AI-assisted coaching, meaningful work design, and leadership practices collectively increase engagement and productivity. The study discusses practical strategies for implementing a motivational approach, arguing that the co-design of humans and technology is essential for optimizing human potential in Industry 5.0.
