Summary/Abstract: This article analyzes the challenges facing the cybersecurity and crisis management of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) in the context of Industry 5.0. This transition, based on cyber-physical systems and AI, increases the connectivity and exposure of critical infrastructure to complex cyber threats. The article proposes an integrated methodology for cyber-resilience – the ability to quickly adapt and recover after an incident. Proposed strategies include implementing a Zero Trust architecture for strict network segmentation, utilizing AI for anomaly detection, and developing dynamic plans for operational continuity. It is key to note that success in Industry 5.0 requires collaboration between automation engineers and security specialists.
