Summary/Abstract: This paper examines the pedagogical potential of Extended Reality (XR) as an enabling technology for Business Education 5.0. Through a theoretical synthesis of XR frameworks, technological affordances, and emerging educational practices, the study identifies how immersive, interactive environments enhance experiential, collaborative, and human-centric learning. The findings emphasise the potential of XR to enhance engagement, embodied cognition, and real-world skill development. However, they also identify challenges related to cognitive load, authenticity, and implementation. The research study indicates a necessity for empirical studies that are specific to their respective domains. In addition, it provides foundational guidelines for the integration of XR into business curricula. These guidelines are in alignment with the principles of Education 5.0.
