Summary/Abstract: This is a practical research to introduce an integrated approach in preparing the next generation of leaders аs change agents. The entrepreneurial approach is flexible, creative, and technology-supported, balancing best practices, traditions, and innovations. It stimulates pragmatic learning, real-time problem-solving, and building leadership competencies - ‘So-cold-tea’ by new methods: MarsPas, CakeMait. The entrepreneurial leadership is suggested to replace the bureaucratic dictatorship and toxic management ('bad’ and 'good gene' in leadership transfer). Entrepreneurial leaders combine planning and preparation in advance with initiative, creativity, and improvisation to change plans and strategies when needed.
