Summary/Abstract: This paper examines the pivotal role of transformational leadership in the emerging Industry 5.0 paradigm. Through a systematic literature review, we argue that the transition to a human-centric, sustainable, and resilient industrial model renders traditional leadership styles insufficient. The analysis demonstrates a profound alignment between the core components of transformational leadership—the "Four I's"—and the core pillars of Industry 5.0. Findings indicate that transformational leadership provides the essential framework to foster the necessary cultural shift, drive green innovation, and build organizational resilience. The study concludes that adopting this leadership style is fundamental for leveraging technological advancement to achieve both human well-being and organizational success.
