Summary/Abstract: This article explores the possibilities for implementing the Quadruple Helix model as a tool for stimulating innovation and digital transformation in healthcare. Through theoretical analysis and a review of good international practices, the main stakeholders and their forms of interaction are identified. Benefits, risks and recommendations for adaptation in the Bulgarian context are outlined.
