Summary/Abstract: This paper is created to explore the accumulating nuances in the meaning of employer branding, implemented in Industry 5.0 dominated business environment. Narrative literature review, critical analysis and content analysis of selected publications as monographies, scientific/ business articles, conference papers and corporate websites are implemented as research methods here. The identified important nuances and characteristics of Industry 5.0 employer branding are classified and summarized which allowed the grounded formulation of a useful set of managerial questions, requiring timely decision-making in leading business organizations. Directions for future research in the sphere of employer branding under the conditions of Industry 5.0 are also outlined.
