Summary/Abstract: This paper examines the role of artificial intelligence (AI) as a catalyst reshaping executive leadership dynamics and driving the shift from transactional to transformational leadership. Based on current research and organizational trends, a conceptual AI-Catalyzed Leadership Shift Model is proposed, outlining structural AI-driven conditions, transformation mechanisms, and leadership outcomes. The model demonstrates that AI does not replace leadership but transforms its nature—from control-based management to leadership grounded in vision, trust, meaning, and organizational culture.
