Summary/Abstract: In the context of accelerating scientific and technological progress, industrial enterprises face the growing need to identify new sources of competitive advantage. From this perspective, the reserves for enhancing firm competitiveness can no longer be confined to traditional dimensions; instead, they must incorporate the interaction between humans, intelligent technologies, and sustainable business models. This paper aims to present an updated approach for assessing competitiveness reserves that reflects the contemporary challenges posed by Industry 5.0. The underlying thesis is that the proposed approach serves as a valuable tool for practitioners. Its applicability has been validated through implementation in industrial enterprises, demonstrating its effectiveness in supporting the development of corporate strategies aimed at sustainably strengthening competitive positions.
