Summary/Abstract: This study examines the transformational impact of Industry 5.0 - a humancentric, sustainable, and resilient paradigm - on human resource management (HRM) within the real estate business. Through a conceptual literature analysis and comparative framework, the research identifies a critical shift from viewing technology as a mere efficiency tool to a collaborative partner that enhances human potential. Key findings reveal that while Industry 5.0 technologies (AI, IoT, digital twins) offer significant HRM applications, the sector faces a talent crisis and skills gap. The paper concludes that strategic HRM must proactively foster human-machine collaboration, upskill the workforce, and cultivate an ethical organizational culture to ensure a sustainable transition oh human resources in real estates.
