Summary/Abstract: Clearly formulated legal regulations, rules and a system of values that are equal for all members of society, social cohesion, competent experts who professionally perform their work are the best foundation for the normal functioning of society and the prevention of all deviant forms of behavior in society. However, if we have a dysfunctional society with the outlines of moral erosion at every step, anomie of society in terms of legal regulations, political, economic and social crisis in society, constant marginalization of individual members or groups in society, pronounced social exclusion, then it is quite expected that we will also have a reflection of these factors on the growth, development and formation of the personality of young people, their increasingly pronounced asocial behavior and in general a crisis of the value system among young people who often see crime as a kind of way out and desirable behavior in order to achieve some material goal.

Unlike other branches of positive law, it has a dual legal nature, so it appears as: a) national, internal law that governs the field of organization of business entities in domestic and international business and b) international law whose source is found in numerous universal or regional international documents. A large number of entities participate in international economic operations. In addition to specialized international trade organizations such as the World Trade Organization or GATT, other universal or regional trade and financial organizations, whose role is discussed in this paper, play a major role in modern economic operations on an international scale.

- Summary/Abstract:With the accelerated growth of research on artificial intelligence in education, most conclusions indicate that the role of teachers, schools and the entire educational process will change. In this sense, the goal of this paper is to examine the possible outcomes of the application of artificial intelligence in the educational process and what implications it may have for the future of schools. We recognize, on the one hand, possible applications in terms of positive impacts, but also a significant need to adapt teachers and the school system, and possible negative consequences that should be recognized in a timely manner and reacted to preventively. It is certain that the future of schools and education is unthinkable without the application of artificial intelligence, and that it is extremely important to make the necessary adjustments in time and prevent all potential abuses.

- Summary/Abstract:The basic concept of the ERP system is to view transactions as segments of a unique set of standard business processes that make up the organization's operations, and the data generated by processing do not belong to specific organizational parts or segments of the company, but are integrated and intended for use by decision makers and different users, for various purposes and in different locations. ERP systems are composed of modules that represent processes in organizations in all business sectors. Standard organizational processes are supported by financial modules, modules related to human resources and logistics modules. These sophisticated systems, using intelligent communication infrastructure and company databases, provide information necessary for both decision makers and for the purpose of establishing cooperation between participants in the supply chain. These systems include the organizational structures of the company, they represent a repository of corporate knowledge and are an important element for the development of the organization's knowledge management. This paper deals with the topic of modern ERP solutions with their sub-module for human resources management, based on personal experience and encounters with some of the ERP solutions that exist on the market today, although it should be noted that each software company is now developing its own ERP systems that may differ in many ways from the solutions of other companies, but the essence and ultimate goal is the improvement of business. The traditional ERP system and its setup is slowly being replaced by a more modern and practical way of doing business using Cloud technology. More and more attention is being paid to the development of Internet-oriented applications, i.e. ERP solutions that would improve the way of doing business using remote infrastructure.

- Keywords:media; internet; propaganda; terrorism; technology;
- Summary/Abstract:Terrorist activities are already present through the media, whose actors can include some new phenomena when it comes to the method and type of action. Namely, these phenomena are women who have committed crimes, which, when it comes to the method of action, was the primary goal of terrorists. Nowadays, they undoubtedly occupy some of the important positions in international terrorism, but especially in media propaganda, due to the embodiment of cries, revenge and curses on the one hand, or fragility on the other hand as a human being who is destined and has an imperative role in the world to bring about a new being. At one time, the terrorist organization Al-Qaeda entrusted women with some of the most important roles within its organization, and in addition to Palestinian women, Chechen, Egyptian, Tunisian and other women from Arab countries also actively participated in terrorism. While some women's motivation is primarily emotional, Chechen women suicide bombers in particular were often betrayed by their own families and manipulated, and others were "used" based on their "image" when it came to the type of action they took. The development of technology and media has enabled women to follow jihadist campaigns, which further forced them to join the "holy war", in which they have become an inseparable link. The aim of the paper is to examine how the media serve terrorist organizations to affirm their role in gaining publicity, primarily in recruiting and mobilizing new members, and especially in winning over female sympathizers with their ideology, who then become the bearers of terrorist activities.

- Summary/Abstract:When considering the causes that contribute to the appearance of youth offenders behavior, along with family and peers, a significant place is given to education, specifically the school as a factor from the child's immediate social environment. Behavioral disorders that children show at school are an indicator of the occurrence and development of juvenile delinquency. This paper presents the results of the analysis of behavioral disorders of youth offenders manifested at school. The research included 100 youth offenders registered in the last 10 years in the Republic of Srpska. The aim of the work is to identify and determine the school situation of juvenile offenders, and this was done through the analysis of the following elements: low grades, problematic behavior, absenteeism, interruption of schooling, transfer to another school. In the research, conclusions were reached about the connection between the school situation and the appearance and development of youth offend behavior. Educational failure visible through low grades, unjustified absences from classes, transfer to another school are circumstances that are either indicators of risky behavior or circumstances that lead minors to criminal behavior. The obtained results represent a contribution to the understanding of juvenile offenders behavior by pointing to the school as a significant factor of risk and protection in the development of this unwanted social phenomenon, as well as the importance of the school for the early recognition of children's behavior disorders. The special significance of the research is in highlighting the need to create and implement preventive programs in the school and community.

- Author(s):Anel Ramić

- Subject(s):Social Theory, Criminology, Penology
- Page Range:125-138
- No. of Pages:14
- Keywords:re-educational treatment; resocialization; convicted persons; penitentiary institution;
- Summary/Abstract:Unlike social adaptation, resocialization includes re-education. A convicted person who has been resocialized or re-educated has experienced a radical change in his personality, has changed his behavior and respects social norms and rules of behavior, not out of fear of punishment, but because he believes that such behavior is the only correct one. The path of re-education is much more difficult and complex than the path of social adaptation or correction. The idea of resocialization or re-education, as opposed to the idea of correction, is based on trust in the convicted person, who should strive for inclusion in social life. In this way, more lasting results are achieved, because the convicted person accepts socially adapted behavior out of his own interest. The goal of this paper is to point out the importance, forms and characteristics of re-education treatment, and its role in the overall process of re-socialization of convicted persons.

- Keywords:higher education; students with disabilities; educational barriers; universal design; institutional support; accessibility;
- Summary/Abstract:Despite formal commitment to the principles of inclusion and equality, educational institutions often fail to provide conditions that would enable students with disabilities to achieve equal academic development, psychosocial security, and a sense of belonging in practice. This work is based on an analysis of contemporary scientific and institutional literature, categorizing obstacles into three key segments: physical, digital, and systemic. Special attention is given to so-called invisible disabilities, as well as student experiences that demonstrate how technical support is not sufficient without broader institutional sensitivity and active student participation in creating such institutional policies. By examining existing support mechanisms in higher education, the work highlights the challenges faced by students with disabilities due to insufficiently adapted institutional frameworks. The importance of customized educational models for learning, flexible academic procedures, and accessible support services that do not rely on the goodwill of individuals, but rather on clear institutional standards, is emphasized. The aim of the paper is to highlight the essential difference between declarative and actual inclusion, and to contribute to the development of educational practices that respect diversity and respond to the real needs of students with disabilities.

- Summary/Abstract:The aim of this research was to examine the perception of primary school teachers about the speech therapist profession. The research was conducted in four elementary schools, and the sample included 80 teachers. A questionnaire adapted from earlier studies was used, and answers about basic information related to the speech therapy profession were analyzed. The results show that the majority of teachers (82.5%) have some information about speech therapists, mostly gained through books and television. However, there are a number of misconceptions about with whom and where speech therapists work. Although the profession of speech therapist is recognized, the data show that teachers are not sufficiently informed about the full spectrum of activities of speech therapists, indications for referral, as well as about the educational and professional requirements for this profession. In conclusion, there is a necessity to inform teachers more intensively about the role of speech therapists, in order to improve mutual cooperation in the school environment and provide timely support for students with communication difficulties.

- Keywords:misogynistic stereotypes; patriarchy; female sexuality; promiscuity; chastity; digital discourses;
- Summary/Abstract:Misogyny is defined as an ideological and social system that upholds patriarchal hierarchy through normative control and hostility directed at women. It is most visibly manifested through language and behavior that discipline female sexuality and reproduce traditional values. Pejorative terms such as „whore,” „coquette,” and „slut” function not merely as insults but as instruments of moral condemnation and social exclusion, thereby legitimizing discrimination and various forms of violence against women. This research is motivated by a desire to critically examine how misogyny persists and transforms despite the formal establishment of gender equality. Particular attention is given to the continuities and adaptations of traditional misogynistic narratives in contemporary contexts—especially within intimate relationships and digital communication spheres, where they appear in concealed yet ideologically powerful forms. The analysis focuses on the cultural and religious foundations and historical phases of the development of patriarchal structures that define women’s bodies and sexuality. Two dominant narratives are considered in particular: women as threats to morality, and women as bearers of ideals of chastity and obedience. Through a feminist lens, the study interrogates how these patterns operate within contemporary media and algorithmically shaped digital discourses. The aim of the research is to reveal the mechanisms through which misogynistic discourse survives and adapts, to analyze its impact on women, and to offer a theoretical framework for promoting emancipatory practices and education.

- Page Range:185-195
- No. of Pages:11
- Keywords:International law; marginalized groups; regional protection mechanisms; cultural relativism; monitoring and application of norms;
- Summary/Abstract:International legal protection of marginalized groups remains one of the most contentious issues within the contemporary discussion on human rights. Although international law provides a broad normative framework for recognizing human equality, its ability to effectively protect the rights of socially excluded individuals is often undermined by structural, political, and cultural barriers. This paper explores how international legal standards attempt to address the specific vulnerabilities faced by groups such as women, children, persons with disabilities, ethnic minorities and displaced persons. Rather than treating marginalization solely as a sociological phenomenon, this study approaches it as a legal and institutional challenge, focusing on the discrepancies between formal obligations and their implementation. The research highlights the interconnectedness between universal human rights norms and the socio-political realities that condition their application. Including international treaties, conventions, and control mechanisms, the paper critically assesses the strengths and limitations of current legal protections. It also reflects on the consequences of cultural relativism, fragmentation of international mechanisms, and the lack of enforceability of many instruments. The role of state accountability, civil society participation, and the need for institutional reform are highlighted as key components for a more inclusive and functional human rights system. The paper argues that ensuring the rights of marginalized groups requires not only legal recognition but also sustained political accountability and a shift towards more effective and localized approaches to the implementation of human rights.

In this regard, penological approaches in reeducational work with convicted persons are very important factors when it comes to the execution of criminal sanctions. The number and variety of treatment techniques used in individual work with convicted persons is large, although somewhat smaller in comparison to the theoretical approaches they reflect. The aim of this work is to point out the connection and symbiosis of criminal law provisions, penological approach and methods used in reeducational work with convicted persons.

- Summary/Abstract:Juvenile justice and the concept of restorative justice are closely related to the provision of conditions for the proper psycho-social development of juvenile offenders, who are treated differently in the legal process compared to adult offenders. Restorative justice is a concept that enables dialogue between the offender and the victim, with a focus on repairing harm rather than punishment, thus preventing the stigmatization of juvenile offenders. This paper highlights mediation as the main method of establishing dialogue between the offender and the victim — a process in which a third neutral party (the mediator) helps the conflicting sides reach a common solution that satisfies all parties involved, which is the essence of mediation.Therefore, the aim of this paper is to present the significance of special treatment of juveniles within the justice system, with reference to the legal framework in the Republic of Srpska, introduce the concept of restorative justice, and explore the role and definition of mediation within this approach.

- Summary/Abstract:Peer mediation represents a process based on the active participation of students in resolving conflicts through trained peer mediators. The application of peer mediation in the school environment is grounded in the principles of dialogue, taking responsibility, and jointly finding solutions that meet the needs of both parties in conflict. Conceptually aligned with the theory of restorative justice, peer ediation simultaneously functions as a preventive measure and as an instrument for encouraging the development of social skills and non-violent communication among young people. The analysis of available literature and practical experiences within educational institutions points to a reduction in the number of disciplinary incidents, improvement of interpersonal relationships, and strengthening the sense of community within the school collective. The aim of this paper is, through theoretical analysis and examples from practice, to present in detail the process of peer mediation as a specific model of peaceful conflict resolution among young people, focusing on the stages of mediation and its contribution to creating a positive school climate.

- No. of Pages:14
- Keywords:individualization; prison sentence; criminal law; resocialization;
- Summary/Abstract:In the science of criminal law, the principle of individualization is used as a term much more often in the assessment of punishment, as opposed to the selection and application of an appropriate criminal sanction. In essence, individualization of punishment is a way of judicially assessing the punishment of the perpetrator of a criminal offense in each specific case by the court. It is the adaptation of the punishment (type and measure) to the specifically committed criminal offense and its perpetrator, with the aim of assessing such a punishment that will best and most efficiently achieve the purpose of punishment - protecting society from crime. Without individualization, special prevention cannot be achieved at all. It is in any case in accordance with the legality of the imposition and execution of sentences. In other words, individualization of punishment is the adaptation of the punishment to the specifically committed criminal offense and its perpetrator by taking into account all the circumstances of the case, especially the gravity of the committed criminal offense and the degree of responsibility of the perpetrator. In the broadest sense, individualization of punishment means the application of that punishment to the perpetrator of a criminal offense that will best achieve the purpose of punishment.

- Summary/Abstract:In the context of growing global concern over stress-related health conditions, the role of physical activity in enhancing individual stress resistance has become an increasingly important subject of scientific investigation. This paper explores the multifaceted relationship between physical activity and stress resistance by examining both physiological and psychological mechanisms through which exercise influences the human stress response. Stress resistance, as a biological and psychological construct, involves the body’s capacity to maintain homeostasis under stress-inducing circumstances. By analyzing how the neuroendocrine system, particularly the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, regulates stress, and how regular physical activity modulates this response, the paper reveals the significance of exercise in reducing the long-term impact of stressors. Moreover, this research integrates findings from empirical studies and meta-analyses to provide robust evidence of the positive effects of exercise on stress reactivity and recovery. Beyond the biological domain, the psychological and behavioral aspects of physical activity such as improved emotional regulation, increased self-efficacy, and reduced anxiety are examined as important mediators in the development of stress resilience. These mechanisms are especially relevant for populations facing chronic or occupational stress, including students, healthcare workers, and office employees. Ultimately, this work contributes to a deeper understanding of how structured and regular exercise can function not only as a tool for physical fitness but also as a central element in the promotion of mental well-being and adaptive coping in an increasingly demanding world.

- Summary/Abstract:The rapid flow of the latest information and the always available large number of different contents have presented the Internet as a "window to the world" for all generations, which has brought about major changes in all spheres of life. Thus, when it comes to social interactions, the number of participants has reached global proportions thanks to numerous social networks. Living and working in a world of information expansion, the Internet and social networks, despite all their advantages, are increasingly becoming a platform for digital violence. Digital violence (cyber bullying) occurs when someone uses available information and communication devices to deliberately and publicly humiliate and/or frighten the victim. Given the nature of this violence, it is clear that children are no longer protected even within the family home, which is truly worrying. In addition, the problem is that the "audience" within the social network is many times larger, so it is very unfavorable for the victim. Violence through the Internet and social networks is a problem that society faces every day, so the goal of this paper is to point out some negative indicators of this deviant phenomenon in society.

- Summary/Abstract:For many, prison is a new criminal experience, where they develop their criminal skills, create and expand their circle of friends from the criminal milieu, develop and maintain a prison code with numerous unwritten principles and rules, strengthening the informal prison system. While serving their prison sentence, they face numerous deprivations, criminal infection, prison overcrowding, are subject to the law of the stronger, struggle for their status in the group, but also with boredom, work disengagement, a small selection of activities to fill their free time, and other similar problems. All this has led to the fact that today many theorists in the field of penology, as well as those employed within prison institutions themselves, are questioning the process of resocialization and its success, i.e. there is increasing evidence of a crisis in the resocialization of prisoners while serving a prison sentence and the need to introduce some additional alternative sanctions for perpetrators of minor criminal offenses.

- Summary/Abstract:In many parts of the world, formal prison institutions are paralleled by complex informal systems that operate beyond the reach of state regulation. These systems characterized by inmate-led governance, informal economies, and extralegal violence shape the daily life of incarcerated individuals and significantly influence the broader criminal justice landscape. This paper explores the global phenomenon of informal prison systems, examining their structures, causes, and consequences. Drawing from comparative case studies in countries such as Brazil, Russia, the United States, and the Philippines, it reveals how informal hierarchies emerge in response to institutional failures, overcrowding, and state neglect. Furthermore, it analyzes how these systems often result in severe human rights abuses and undermine efforts at rehabilitation. The paper integrates theoretical perspectives with empirical evidence, offering a multidimensional understanding of how informal power operates behind bars. Ultimately, it argues that addressing these systems requires not only prison reform, but also broader socio-political accountability and structural change.
