Summary/Abstract: In relation to the crime of adults, "juvenile crime is characterized by the personality traits of juvenile delinquents, their biological, emotional and social maturity, which is to a greater or lesser extent not sufficiently developed. The physiological process, as well as the process of socialization, is still not completed. When one takes into account the complexity of the process of socialization of the personality, then it is no wonder that not everyone succeeds in this, technologically speaking, "production of people", although the desire and intention of all parents, even the most hardened criminals, is for their children to be successful, socially accepted and loved. The aim of this paper is to point out the most serious criminal offences committed by children, and their reasons and motives for committing such cruel acts.
