Summary/Abstract: This scientific paper explores the dynamic and complex relationship between international crime and global security. In today’s world, characterized by rapid globalization, transnational organized crime, cybercrime and corruption threaten human security, state stability and economic development. The objective of the research is to analyze causes, manifestations, and consequences of global criminal phenomena, and build upon different interdisciplinary academic findings, up to date data and institutional sources and reports. The goal of the study is to critically assess how international actors approach these threats with the setbacks of the interconnected world. Findings indicate that despite the intense efforts to fight TOC digital innovation, legal fragmentation and social disparities pose a challenge on security strategies. By combining different contemporary sources, the research provides in depth understanding, the nexus between global crime and security frameworks, emphasizing the need for forward-looking, coordinated policies, addressing root causes of cross-border threats.
