Summary/Abstract: Studying the personality of convicted persons represents the first stage in the process of individualization and the basic assumption for the implementation of individualization. The study of the personality of convicted persons includes: observation or observation of the convicted person and interrogation, as a method of observation. These methods are very important for identifying the structure of the convicted person's personality, especially his criminogenic infection. The aim of this paper is to point out the goals of observation and interrogation, their roles in terms of treatment, but also the role they play in the further classification of convicted persons.
