Summary/Abstract: Jan Amos Komenski is considered one of the world's greatest educators and the founder of the class-subject-hour system. We can talk about Jan Amos Comenius as one of the founders of pedagogy and pedagogical thought. In his works, Comenius presented his views on the upbringing and education of children in general. Based on theories about education, he also created his own principles. With his knowledge, Comenius showed the way to previous schools, developed new principles, exposed the weaknesses of previous schools, and gave birth to a new school that has retained many of its characteristics even today.
