CONTROVERSE TERMINOLOGICE ȘI DIVERSITATEA ACCEPȚIUNILOR OFERITE CREATIVITĂȚII

CONTROVERSE TERMINOLOGICE ȘI DIVERSITATEA ACCEPȚIUNILOR OFERITE CREATIVITĂȚII

Author(s): Vasile Vrnceanu / Language(s): Romanian Issue: 02/2022

In the literature in the field, we explore terminological controversies and the diversity of meanings given to creativity based on several authors. We mention the fact that an enormous amount has been written on the topic of creativity. We do not believe that there is another field of scientific research more quantitatively prolific and with a comparably short history. The protagonists of the creativity community come from extremely different epistemological horizons (pedagogy, cognitive psychology, social psychology, parapsychological, psycho-pedagogy of excellence or talents, art criticism, but also business, medicine, engineering, economic sciences, religion, etc.) suggesting a diffuse field, either excessively permissive to amateurs, or, on the contrary, reserved only for some, over-specialized in one aspect of the creativity phenomenon.

G.G. ANTONESCU ANTICIPEAZĂ MANAGEMENTUL ORGANIZAȚIEI ȘCOLARE

Author(s): Ionela Brînză / Language(s): Romanian Issue: 01/2023

The pedagogue George G. Antonescu remained consistent with the university ideal of the fundamental research of education, pursued throughout his life from a philosophical and psychological perspective, being anchored in the life of society. His writings have survived to this day and address important topics in the field of education policy, with openness to school management and the issue of Romanian education reform in the interwar period. The studied problem is oriented towards the development of a policy of culture, necessary in education, supported institutionally in order to be able to solve an existing and present management problem - the relationship between "pedagogical science and school administration", between „pedagogical centralization" (scientific) and "decentralization of education" (administrative).

CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS DURING PANDEMIC IN ROMANIA. A VISUAL APPROACH TO ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH ADAPTATION TO SOCIAL ISOLATION

Author(s): Codrina Csesznek,Florentina Scârneci-Domnișoru / Language(s): English Issue: 1/2022

The Covid-19 pandemic had a major impact on social life, affecting a fundamental characteristic of humanity: the manifestation of sociability. For children and teenagers, the pandemic meant a drastic reduction in formal and informal social interactions, both necessary for their mental development. The total lockdown in Romania lasted two months, during which time we collected visual data in the form of photographic journals. In this paper, we present a visual essay based on photographs in which parents showed us what isolation was like for their children. The visual essay is an alternative form of presenting the results of research in socio-humanities, which form is more accessible to the non-specialized public. Our essay illustrates the adaptive capacity of families with children and teenagers to the situation of social isolation imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic.

The paper turns on the period when Dobroslav Orel worked as a teacher in church institutions and Austrian secondary schools (1894-1918). It focuses on the least studied part of his activity, choirmastering. Through the prism of contemporary pedagogical journals and school documentation, he attempts to reconstruct the choirmaster's methods used by him and, in particular, traces the dynamics of the development of his relationship with Battke's intonation method, from his initial enthusiasm to his awareness of the pitfalls of uncritical acceptance of this method to his warning against the danger of elevating the means of achieving correct intonation to the goal of singing education.

Author(s): Tatiana Bilančíková / Language(s): Slovak Issue: 4/2024

In the current concepts of pre-primary and primary education of the 21st century, it is possible to observe a turn of attention to a holistic approach in the educational goals of art education. Based on the concept of psychodidactics, the emphasis is on mental health, which is supported by educational forms such as spontaneous creation, or the development of synesthesia and fantasy. The holistic educational approach is also supported by the interdisciplinary nature of art education. In the paper, we will deal with how we develop these goals in the undergraduate training of teachers, simultaneously using the educational potential of art with an emphasis on spontaneity, gestural creation and spiritual content.

Author(s): Ana-Maria Demian / Language(s): English Issue: 1/2023

Undoubtedly, the development of students' creative abilities depends to a large extent on the teacher's ability to create a suitable learning environment. The teacher helps students to structure and organize their knowledge. The effectiveness of pupils' creativity depends on the teacher's ability to organize their work intelligently and make the use of all teaching resources dependent on the objectives set. All the more so, as in today's socio-cultural context, children's attention is attracted and distracted by a variety of real and virtual environments that fascinate them and make them want to be part of multiple communities and engage in multiple experiences. As a result, educational leaders are in a position to better support these experiences in schools and make children's education more engaging. Among the many possibilities to consider, this article addresses creativity as a main factor in achieving an attractive, open and flexible educational process, as well as planning lessons in an interactive way, in line with children's expectations and current societal demands.

Music education for anyone. Easy and effective ear training methods of broadening a musician’s inner hearing

Author(s): Bianca-Teodora BĂILĂ / Language(s): English Issue: 1/2023

Rhythmic education has always been regarded as one of the most important components of musical education and considered crucial in order to develop satisfactory cognitive, audible and sensorial music abilities. The method proposed in the following paragraphs will describe the use of comparative rhythmic and melodic exercises treated more as didactical games rather than simple written or oral activities. Moreover, it lists suitable pedagogical approaches that are necessary in order to train and strengthen the ear training technique. All of these elements are destined for beginners that do not study music as a main subject and for groups of pupils from the primary and elementary school that study music as a main subject. By insisting on practicing numerous rhythmic patterns and interval jumps, the improvements in writing dictation and singing solfeggios were proven to be significant and various students from different age groups showed signs of major developments. This simple but efficient ear training method, which was based on worksheets, images, music sheets and lots of music auditions, made students understand and correctly master the differences, and later the connections, between sounds and durations.

The Law on Combating Antisocial Behavior of Minors and Juveniles (ZBPPMN) regulates the designation of a specialist with the necessary education (psychological, pedagogical, legal) as a public educator in cases of antisocial behavior committed by minors or juveniles (8 – 14; 14 – 18). On this basis, the specialist should carry out corrective and educational activity as support for personal development. A public educator can also be appointed in cases of no anti-social behavior by a minor or juveniles, but who is in a vulnerable social situation. One of the conditions for this is that the local commission admits sufficient grounds for the determination of educational supervision, depending on the type and degree of vulnerability of the minor or juvenile.

„Лайтмотивът“ на празника в учебното съдържание по музика в сферата на общото образование

Author(s): Penka Marcheva / Language(s): Bulgarian Issue: 1/2024

The understanding of the leitmotif as a sound core with a characteristic content and structuring role for a specific piece of music is a metaphor that outlines the content parameters of this paper. “Metaphoricity” is embodied in the idea of festivity and celebration as a musical-semantic entity present in the music curriculum in Bulgarian schools. In the theoretical part of the paper, an analysis of the curricula is made in the light of the examined issues. Areas of competence, themes, as well as the knowledge, skills and attitudes that are tied to festivity and celebration as a semantic centre are presented. In the practical part of the publication some methodological features of music-pedagogical activity are examined in the light of the considered “leitmotif”.
