The theme is aimed at exploring the role of art and his own pictorial activity of preschool children for their intellectual upbringing and development of their creative abilities. The development is the result of long personal experience and observations. It can not claim complete coverage and solve all scientific and practical questions about the role of creative activities for the development of intellectual and cognitive capabilities in preschool. The object of the study is not the man at all, but a group of preschool children observed in their natural environment and cognitive conditions of experiment. This implies the organization of the study and analysis of its results in terms of the cognitive development of the child. Based on the study of literature and theoretical analysis identifies three logical entities, integrated about the nature of children’s creativity: art and children’s creativity; their relationship with intellectual development; the importance of pre-school teacher for their modeling / integrity / and the formation of the child’s personality.

Intercultural education is an education of interpersonal relationships, which involves members of different cultures, whose fundamental objective is to increase the effectiveness of intercultural relations, to increase the degree of openness, tolerance, acceptance of others. The integration of intercultural education in the school space is a complex and not at all easy process, which requires specific skills and approaches from teachers. Pupils, from the earliest ages, namely, primary schools, should be able to appreciate the richness of a diverse range of cultures and be helped in practical ways to recognize and challenge stereotypes. Wherever prejudice and discrimination exist, they must be addressed. The following article, presents brief research on the opinions and experience of Preschool and primary school students from Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad, regarding the values of intercultural education teaching and practice within primary schools, in the Romanian school curriculum, in order to integrate the pupil in the society of the future. They have shared their thoughts regarding the preparation level that they get in the study years at the above-mentioned specialty, through data collected within several sessions of focus groups.

The digitalization of the modern world makes the topic of emotional intelligence more relevant. Emotional intelligence is becoming a basic characteristic of the modern man, and therefore the need to study, research and develop it in the educational environment is of utmost importance. There is still little talk about the emotional intelligence of teachers. This study is oriented towards them and their self-esteem in relation to this personal construct. Through self-assessment questionnaires, teachers determine their level of personal emotional awareness, emotional self-management, social emotional awareness and relationship management - the main markers of emotional intelligence. The results are linked to the sense of well-being and the problem of personal distress in teachers.

The report presents the research results from the Spotting and Strengthening Resiliency Skills from Early Childhood project (Erasmus+ project 2020-2-HU01-KA205-079023) with the aim of strengthening the child’s resilience through its individual components from an early age, based on the implemented training program and publication outputs. The project was primarily oriented to the application level of the topic, but secondarily collected and analyzed knowledge of a scientific nature. The result of the project is a set of best practices and training materials that will be able to be used by various professionals in developing healthy mechanisms of children facing trauma, stress and sudden changes that they may encounter in life.
