Summary/Abstract: Physical education and sport in our educational system is an extremely practical activity. Throughout the process of physical education, from the initial stage, there are no special classes in theoretical explanation of questions concerning this discipline. The introduction of such classes (lectures) in high schools and universities will contribute to the optimization of the whole process of physical education and sport.
