This book is about the regime after 9th of September 1944 (The Socialist Revolution of 9th of September) and the unopposed choices taken in the sphere of education by the government of Kimon Georgiev, unopposed because there had been no political opposition left in the government. Then, during the 6th Grand National Assembly a great number of time-tested and aprooved educational institutions were closed legally, as it looked like, and ideological principles (Politics) were brought in the educational system of Bulgaria. For the creation of this monograph, the author Vesela Chichovska had reviewed the collections of Central State Archives of Bulgaria, the archive of several Ministries, the archives of Bulgarian Academy of Science, the diaries of the 26th Ordinary National Assembly and of the 6th Grand National Assembly, forming solid, but almost unused, except from her documentary material.

W dyskusjach o edukacji coraz częściej mówi się o jakości i coraz ważniejszą rolę odgrywają różne sposoby jej mierzenia. Jeszcze kilkadziesiąt lat temu porównania systemów oświatowych ograniczały się do zestawiania odsetków absolwentów kończących poszczególne etapy edukacji czy wskaźników upowszechnienia edukacji, np. w przedszkolach czy w szkolnictwie wyższym. W nadzorze nad szkołami dominował model tradycyjnej, hierarchicznej kontroli, polegającej na sprawdzaniu, czy przestrzegane są przepisy i inne zewnętrznie zdefiniowane normy. W ostatnich dekadach zwiększyły się oczekiwania stawiane przed edukacją. W większym stopniu zaczęto też postrzegać edukację przez pryzmat poziomu wiedzy i umiejętności absolwentów. W nadzorze nad szkołami zaczęto zwracać uwagę nie tylko na procesy, ale też i efekty, w tym zwłaszcza efekty uczenia się. Międzynarodowe badania osiągnięć edukacyjnych pokazały problem zróżnicowania poziomu umiejętności uczniów, w tym istnienia sporej grupy uczniów, którzy kończą szkoły z zasobem umiejętności nieodpowiadającym wyzwaniom współczesnego społeczeństwa i potrzebom rynku pracy.

Česko se ani v těchto letech, kdy se na místo ve školce stojí fronty, není schopné v prorodinné politice inspirovat u svého nejbližšího souseda, v Německu. Zde se vláda kancléřky Angely Merkel zavázala, že do roku 2013 bude mít každé dítě po dovršení prvního roku právo na místo ve školce. A tento slib je už viditelný i v realitě - v obcích se staví školky, nabírá se personál. U nás je zodpovědnost za péči o děti zcela ponechána v rukou matek, které nemají ani zákonnou možnost pomoci si samy. Místo otevřeného prostoru jsou válcovány hygienickými nařízeními nutnými pro zřízení zařízení péče o děti, firemní školy je nutné hledat lupou a něco v Německu tak běžného jako institut Tagesmutter, denních matek, je stále v nedohlednu.

V roce 1990 fungovalo v ČR celkem 1043 veřejných jeslí, v roce 2000 jich bylo evidováno pouze 67 a do roku 2007 klesl jejich počet jen na 49. V souvislosti s porodní křivkou silné generace 70. let se s nedostupností péče o malé děti potýká většina rodičů dětí předškolního věku. Tento problém bude v nejbližších letech přerůstat do prvního stupně základních škol. Ve školním roce 2011/2012 nebylo jen v hlavním městě Praha přijato přes 8000 dětí. Počet předškoláků v hlavním městě Praha i nadále roste, podle očekávání magistrátu tomu tak bude příští dva až tři roky. Stejné zkušenosti mají místní samosprávy v celém Česku. Vzáří 2012 nenastoupilo do školek na 50 000 dětí, které by nastoupit chtěly či potřebovaly. Je zde nastaven přesně opačný trend než ve vyspělých zemích, kde jako ve Francii jsou školky součástí školského systému.

Abstract: The kindergarten and the family have an essential role in the harmonious development of the child. It is very important to have a close connection between the kindergarten and the child's family to be able to work together on his development. The kindergarten must always collaborate with the child's family, because the parents must be considered partners by the educator in the children's education, in the process of their development. Between the kindergarten and the family, there must be a permanent relationship of collaboration, which should be maintained through the realization of the educational partnership between the kindergarten and the family. The kindergarten-family educational partnership has an important role in the child's development, because through the activities within it, pluses are brought in the child's development. Both the kindergarten and the family have their well-established role in the kindergarten-family partnership and each one tries to do his part to be able to achieve something for the good of the children together, because this is the common goal of the two educational environments, that of working together on children's development, and to train him to be able to integrate into society. Therefore, the collaboration between the kindergarten and the family has a very important role in the harmonious development of the child. The article is devoted to the problem of intellectual development of children of preschool age in the process of studying folk riddles. The author reveals the concept of "riddle", highlights the principles of the selection of riddles and groups of riddles that are used in pre-school. The work details the methods of work: a) with riddles – descriptions, b) with riddles containing the key distinguishing feature of the object, c) with riddles in which the description of the object is given through negation; it proved that the effectiveness of this technique has a positive effect on children's intellectual development.

Religious education is an important dimension of education that contributes to a child's development. Through religious education the child has the opportunity to know God. To facilitate the process of knowing God, the subject of religion has been introduced in schools. This subject is part of the common core curriculum and one hour a week is allocated to it. Religious education is carried out at school in every class, but in kindergarten things are different. At pre-school level, the study of the elements of religious education is carried out differently, depending on the teacher. Some teachers do not emphasise religious education at all, others do so by introducing elements of religious education into other activities. Another part of the teachers carry out extra-curricular activities for the implementation of religious education, while other teachers carry out religious education electives. Therefore, teachers' involvement in the delivery of religious education at pre-school level is carried out in different ways. The level of teacher involvement is very important for the successful delivery of religious education at pre-school level. The question that led to the research, which used a questionnaire as the main instrument, was how much teachers are involved in the religious education of pre-school children. The research found that teachers are differently involved in children's religious education and that the positive results in this respect are influenced by the way they act

The purpose of this analytical commentary is to come up with new arguments and to recommend to the Government/Ministry of Education, Culture and Research to keep the current diverse operating regime of kindergartens and even expand later the number of kindergartens with a long schedule of hours, especially in the municipality Chisinau and other cities. It is recommended to the Government to consider the negative impact that a possible shortening of the activity hours of kindergartens by 12 hours would have - for families with children, local employers/companies and foreign capital, but also the state budget and the entire national economy; especially in the conditions where in 2017 the lowest birth rate in the last 25 years was recorded in the Republic of Moldova.

This paper presents the partial results of a pedagogical study carried out to identify the training needs of teachers and school counselors in Argeș, Alba, and Cluj Counties, in order to provide quality parental support, which will contribute significantly to the development of parents' skills and to the increase of family resilience. The objectives of the study refer to the design of a practical model of a continuous training program intended for preschool and primary education teachers, head teachers and school counselors focused on the facilitation of educational counseling activities and values-centered parental education programs. The results highlight the need to address the priority areas of family support and the most effective forms of educational intervention to increase family resilience and the quality of family life. The conclusions emphasize the joint pedagogical actions of educators and school counselors to improve parental skills, strengthen parental roles, and successfully pursue the family's educational function.

Traditional ways of approaching the literary text tend not to identify and explore the deep resources of imagination and creativity that each pupils possesses. Integrated contents through literature and visual arts should inspire pupils to explore and develop these hidden resources, giving them the opportunity to evolve and contribute to society in unique ways. Reading fairy tales, for example, takes pupils to fantastic realms, offers them the opportunity to meet different characters, portrayed in different situations and colours, and introduces elements that can inspire their imagination when creating art work. The condition to transpose a literary work into an art work, a meaningful excerpt of the text should be selected and read, the elements that the art work is to be based on should be highlighted, and methods and procedures appropriate to the proposed content should be applied. The scientific problem considers the theoretical substantiation and methodological instrumentation of the pedagogical conditions necessary to ensure the efficient interaction between the methods and procedures applied during the processing of a literary work in correlation with visual arts oriented to developing the imagination and creativity of younger school age pupils. The aim of our paper is to design a conceptual model of interaction of methods applied in the classes of literary text processing in correlation with visual arts in the younger grades of elementary school in order to optimize the didactic act. This paper is very important from an interdisciplinary point of view, but also to highlight, trough images and words, the values of interculturality at the geographical area where the Romanian language and visual arts are learned in the pupil’s mother tongue.

Tehnologia de Realitate Virtuală Imersivă (Immersive Virtual Reality / IVR) crează un mediu multi-senzorial care oferă utilizatorilor o experiență completă într-o lume generată computerizat. Deși IVR este recunoscută ca un instrument eficient pentru îmbunătățirea învățării, răspândit rapid în ultimii ani, studiile care analizează impactul acesteia asupra dezvoltării memoriei sunt încă limitate în România. Scopul studiului prezent a fost să examineze modul în care IVR folosit în povestire influențează memoria la copii comparativ cu modalitatea clasică de prezentare a poveștilor. 30 de copii cu vârsta de 6 ani au fost împărțiți în două grupuri: în timp ce copiii ascultau povestea, un grup a interacționat cu conținutul poveștii în mediu virtual, iar celălalt grup a privit imagini/ planșe ilustrative pentru secvența narativă. Rezultatele au arătat că preșcolarii din grupul afectat de IVR au avut performanțe superioare în sarcinile de reamintire a poveștii comparativ cu copiii din celălalt grup.

This report examines the development of the education sector in Bulgaria, focusing on kindergartens and schools, in the context of the global financial crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic in the period 2007-2024. The main objective is to analyze how these global challenges have affected the education system and the economy. The methods used include theoretical analysis and a comparative approach between different time periods. The theoretical part describes the structure of the sector, the main legislative frameworks regulating its activities, and the main actors. Main attention is paid to the education sector in Stara Zagora and Plovdiv. The empirical analysis presents data on revenues, expenditures, the level of wages and the impact of the financial crises on the sector. The conclusion includes main conclusions and recommendations for future strategies for the development of education.
