Summary/Abstract: The study discusses the problem of group decision-making. The models and the different steps in making group decisions have been described. The role of critical thinking has been brought out, as well as its significance in the decisionmaking process. Practical technologies have been suggested, which could be implemented in the pedagogic practice.
