This work presents and analyzes results of approbating the collecting as a form of active interaction with the environment by presenting arguments supporting the thesis that the use of this easy-of-access-by-pre-school-children technology for receiving cognitive information creates preconditions for intensive development of children’s creative potential. It also suggests variants of topical collections and systematizes pedagogic conditions for stimulating creativity in the process of collecting.

The article “Distance Education – Imposed Global Necessity or a Possibility for Professionalism without Borders?” is focused on a brief critical reflection on distance education development worldwide. On the basis of Nipper’s classification of the three generations distance education, each of the generations is viewed in the light of professionalism. A developing forth generation of distance education is added. Both advantages and disadvantages of distance education generations are discussed. Distance education models and practices at three universities (two American and one Bulgarian) are presented.

An attempt to detect future directions of development: – Need to introduce this scientific method in teaching other musictheoretical subjects; – Need to create a computer based tests, which help to improve the learning process.

In this research, a synopsis of preschool education in Moldova is made. The development of programs and the educational methodic from the 80s years of the last century up until now is traced. The actual programs (curriculum) of early and preschool education of children in Moldova are minutely analyzed, as well as the State standards concerning this. The differences with programs and methodic from the former period are pointed out and their effectiveness is estimated, according to the peculiarities and the abilities of children of respective ages. An analysis of the correlation folk – author’s music in the objectives and the recommended repertoire for perception and performance is made.

The beginning of the so called evolutionary period of Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija when e serious and heavy work on educational, cultural and literary domains was done is associated with the establishment of a school. The year 1871 had a specific importance with the opening of a school for teachers in theology, which was the first secondary school in the region. With its establishment the regions of Kosovo, Metohija and South Serbia received a window to the world. It produced remarkable activists of culture, teachers and clergymen who were missioners of their time. Particular importance for the beginning of the new period in the lives of the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija including the merit for the opening of the Prizren theological school was associated with Sima A. Igumanov who was a renowned national revival and leader as well as Peter Kostich, who was a professor in theology. From its establishment on and especially in the end of XIXth and the beginning of XXth century Prizren theological school trained significant representatives of science and culture, significant citizens, clergymen and soldiers, farmers and teachers.
