Author(s): Yana Rasheva-Merdzhanova,Petya Panayotova / Language(s): English,Bulgarian Issue: 6/2019

In order for education to be efficiently and progressively developed, it is of vital importance that we redefine its philosophical foundations. This paper focuses on the presumptions and conceptions related to the Synergetic philosophy of education; its projections on Synergetic school pedagogy, including the restructuring of the global society, the evolution of the determinants of social integration of young people, the tendency towards greater “openness” of the class- and lesson-centered system for organizing the basic components of the educational process. A methodological example, called the “My Tsunami” method, is presented: this is a philosophical self-reflection on and transformation of life events that uses the “life story” narrative technique, with its transcultural foundations, parameters, application and results.

Abstract Data Types

Author(s): Lasko Laskov / Language(s): English Issue: 6/2020

Formation of notion is a fundamental process in education, and for that reason it is excessively studied in both psychology and pedagogy. The application of the pedagogical techniques has a key role in education in informatics (Asenova,1990) and has significantly improved the results in introduction of complex notions in our practice. Such complex notion is abstract data type (ADT) which is a key concept in computer programming for developing data structures, data types, and have vast influence on the algorithms applied on them. Punctuated Play: Revealing the Roots of Gamification

Author(s): Maxwell Foxman / Language(s): English Issue: 2/2020

Even at the apex of its hype cycle in the 2010s, game studies scholars and designers derided gamification. This article first explores why gamification inspired such vitriol. It finds the incursion of non-game corporations and entities into the field was a threat to those who fought so ardently to legitimize the profession and promote a more playful or ludic 21st century. The article then delves deeper into the literature of play to redefine what occurs when a player engages with a gamified app, such as the social media application Foursquare. It rescripts their activity as ‘punctuated play’, or when the competition, conflict, glory, and other aspects of traditional play pierce a moment but do not necessarily define it.

Относно някои иновативни практики в преподаването по история и цивилизации

Author(s): Asen Timofeev / Language(s): Bulgarian Issue: 6/2020

Modern social development poses new tasks and challenges to education in order to achieve full adaptation of young people in the conditions of accelerated development of electronic technologies and communications. In previous years, innovation was sought primarily by teachers for whom the traditional system did not meet their expectations and attitudes. In pedagogy, there are different classifications of teaching methods, but we are interested in those aimed at active participation of the learner in the learning process and related to creative tasks and active dialogue between student and teacher. The use of ICT achieves in-depth understanding of historical processes and events, increasing motivation by building your own learning strategy, new levels of acquisition of competencies, differentiated learning. This case demonstrates the possibilities for implementing innovative training in history and civilizations using the cloud application for collaboration Google Drive, as well as some of the integrated direct applications in the cloud: Google Slides, Google My Maps, Google Jamboard, which are particularly suitable for assigning practical tasks.

Primjena i razvoj metodike za nastavu maternjeg jezika i književnosti u Bosni i Hercegovini u doba Kraljevine Srba, Hrvata i Slovenaca / Kraljevine Jugoslavije

Author(s): Sead Nazibegović,Admir Muratović,Meliha Malikić / Language(s): Bosnian Issue: 31/2020

In this paper, the authors engage in questions regarding the courses and methodic research in the curriculum of the native language subject during the era of The Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenians, or Yugoslavia. The state of education is analysed, primarily the classes of native language and literature after the Austro-Hungarian dissolution and the emergence of The Kingdom in the late 1918. New government enacted a ‘Law of the official language and writing’ which appoints the new language in Bosnia and Herzegovina to be either Croatian or Serbian, and Latin and Cyrillic alphabets are equal in use. The curriculum of the native language, through grammar and orthography, was unitary conceived. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, neither autonomous nor native linguistic or educational policies existed, therefore, the methodic research regarding the native language and literature was non-existent, except in the case of Salih Ljubunčić, Bosnian methodologist who worked in Zagreb. In The Kingdom of Yugoslavia, the curricula of the native language and literature for elementary schools and high schools were methodically and systematically made, with different syllabi and regulations, but mostly with exclusion of Bosnian and Herzegovinian writers and local linguistic distinctiveness.
