Summary/Abstract: In this article (topic) we will consider how bio and eco products are produced and why they are important part of our food chain. The organic farming represents a sistem for producing agricultural products, that serves the reconstruction and recycling of the natural resources. This kind of manufacture is saving the environment, because it’s forbidden the usage of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, growth regulators and genetically modified organisms, antibiotics and hormones. In the field of animal husbandry the organic farming lays on the natural way of nurturing animals. Foods from plant and animal origin are called organic, when they’re produced by a person who has certificate for organic manufacturing, when following the rules for organic manufacturing and performing control.
