It is expected, when properly structured and legitimate acting Public Council, to allow the public support to the institution through direct participation in the organized activities and civil control of its management. The basics of painting have been derived in the article, implicitly or explicitly expressed in the various manuscripts, and in particular – in the work of Theophilus and Erminia Dionisie.
