Summary/Abstract: The success of the social inclusion of children of different ethnic and national origin requires teachers to upgrade their knowledge, skills and competencies to work in a dynamically changing environment in a kindergarten. This article presents a model for improving the implementation of intercultural education in pre-primary education.
