The age management is an effective solution for the contemporary labor market. The article presents questions of training in the perspective of the concept age management. The issues were analyzed in the theoretical and empirical aspects. Research included 162 participants of the organization, 84 woman and 78 men. The results of the statistical methods (correlation analysis, frequencies analysis) showed that training and learning in the workplace were significant factors for the examined population.
