Summary/Abstract: The main idea of this paper is a possibilty of applying artificial intelligence methods in a system integrating a process of educating students of computer science and an employment policy in IT corporations. A proposition of creating such a system concerns different degrees of integration of intelligent education programs at universities and methods of recruting employees for the corporations.
