The Impact of Knowledge on New Technologies and Product Solutions IT Industry for a Period of Preparatory new Employee

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the results of the study, indicating the need for changes in information technology education students, enabling acquire competencies necessary to work in the IT industry. Proposed solution is related to the experience gained in the IT company, which implements a number of implementation services. When hiring new employees, the employer faces a number of problems associated with incomplete knowledge, which prevent the immediate execution of his full duties. This article discusses the experience we have gained in the course of employment of workers who do not have professional experience who have completed or are in the process of information studies.
