How We Learn Digital Technology to Labour Market Needs?

Summary/Abstract: In this article I move the issue of learning digital competences in the context of life long learning. I present the results of international comparative researches on development digital competences of school system and in the training of adults. These researches show the specificity of ICT education in Polish educational system, as well as digital literacy levels of adult Poles. The characteristics of the acquisition of digital competence in Poland, I referring to the current and future needs of the labor market.
