Summary/Abstract: Foreign direct investments are an important element in influencing modern and international economies. These processes determine needs to create new jobs vacancies where new competencies and specialized knowledge is desired. The main objective of the paper is to analyze the significance of outsourcing for modern companies. It highlights the increasing role of team work in the organizational outsourcing process.
