Summary/Abstract: The knowledge and experience acquired during the implementation of the projects can be seen as an incremental intellectual capital in project organization, as well as one of the key factors in the project success. The article presents the learning and experience curves that illustrate the difficulties of introducing new employees to the project team. The slope of these curves is a matter of individual employee skills, his knowledge, experience, and competence (managerial, social, personal, professional and technical). So we can talk about the phenomenon of reducing the time to perform certain tasks, due to our intellectual conditions. The authors indicate a significant restriction, which is the fact that learning occurs at the individual level, and the mechanism of knowledge transfer at the organizational level often remains unclear. Hence the need to transfer these considerations to the organizational learning, thus contributing towards the transformation of the project organization in the intelligent organization.
