Author(s): Svetlana Angelova / Language(s): Bulgarian Issue: 3/2020

Zimmerman's theoretical formulations. The impact of the categories: goal setting, strategic planning, self-observation, self-control and reflection on the self-regulatory health behavior in children is illustrated using examples.
