Summary/Abstract: Contemporary world is continuously changing in a stunning rhythm. This could be (and sometimes is) overwhelming considering human relationship. So, in a world of technology, where people are talking, researching, writing about, organizing conferences and trainings on communication, people seems to forget fundamental elements of healthy human relationships like, for example, attention towards others, others’ feelings, nonverbal language, the need for forgiveness and apologizes. Some people tend to function following the model of: “I am always right.”, “Purpose justify the action.”, “We are a competitive society, so that only the wick persons have feelings.” etc.In this context, we have initiated a study focused on the way that young people are apologizing and expect for apologizes from others so that these led to the wanted effect: forgiveness. Young people involved in our study, 43 students, aged between 20 and 34 years old, during focus-group meetings have identified the negative effects of non-apologizing and maintain the conflict in human relationship, as well as signs of sincerely of sorrows (form words and body language to sincere commitment and behavior change).
