Computer games are widespread today but they arouse quite divergent feelings – from very positive on account of one’s educational advantages, to extremely negative, as the potential cause of addictions and personality disorders, especially at children and teenagers. The „truth about computer games”, especially with reference to children and teenagers, is located probably between these two extremes and it isn’t possible to settle this matter in a few sentences. General however behavioural observation young, of especially their preferred interests, is leaving no doubt that computer games are essential position in their budget of the time and are a significant form of their practical activity. These issues will be a subject of our interests in hereby drawing up.

Child abuse and neglect can be regarded as a public health problem, affecting the family which is the smallest unit of the community, while affecting the child as an individual, sometimes causing adverse effects such as the deterioration of family integrity that are difficult to compensation. The aim of this research is to examine the level of awareness of child negligence and abuse in terms of various variables. The study group of the research model is composed of 300 students in Erzincan and Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University Health Services Vocational School, 1st and 2nd year students in the Child Development program. In gathering the data; the Likert type survey developed with the aim of determining the level of knowledge about child abuse and neglect by Dilsiz and Mağden and questionnaire form which takes into account the demographic characteristics of the students (age, gender, division type, etc.) will be used ,statistical analysis of the data will be done and the results will be shared with the researchers.

Human being is in the need for having knowledge in every topic. Consciousness raising education starts in the family. However, it starts in pre-school period in an organized way. In pre-school period, together with the basic information, it is essential to give information on how to cope with the situations that might affect the life adversely such as natural disasters and especially on earthquakes by which Turkey suffered most. In the study, sampling method is used for maximum variation sampling. With this aim, perception of earthquake of 45 children in 5-6 ages in Seyit Ali Onbaşı School in central district in Ağrı province is tried to be revealed. The findings are categorized in different headings after applying descriptive analysis method. As a result, it is seen that they have a general knowledge about earthquake. However, it is determined that they have significant lack of knowledge about what to do in earthquake and suggestion is made about developing a program for making up a shortage.

This research’s aim is to analyze the National Education Councils in subject and with findings providing some proposes. The research is done with document analyzing and all the related councils, laws and legislations are analyzed deeply. According to this research all the councils from 1921 till today are analyzed to comprise a good perspective to reform the education system. In all the councils there were a lot of themes were discussed and concluded with different results. There are not only difficulties but also some similarities between the first National Education Council and the last National Education Council. But most of the decisions which were taken in councils were not applied in to the education system. The hope to directing the education system and to determine the vision from the councils did not work smoothly. According to these results it has suggested to remake the laws and legislations in councils decisions.

Our research is concisely described by exemplifying and commenting on the monitoring steps, results and conclusions in the view to expanding these practices and enhancing their effectiveness, corresponding to a growing demand. We also discuss the role of Web technologies in promoting life-long learning and streamlining knowledge management and diverse forms of applications, the factors that impinge on learning through the life course. By creating scenarios for a future use, the impact of elearning on the educational environment is examined, with encouraging results in the sense that learners acquire new competences, in the particular field of foreign languages, pointing out the most important links between Lifelong Learning and adult education. Based on a research project on learning with technology, the results prove the positive changes in languages acquisition by practical experience for the advancement of pedagogical techniques in adult education.

Drawing on the quantitative data, the article describes restrained eating behavior and its correlations with the weight of the pupils.
