The text highlights the trend towards a reduction in school and kindergarten budgets over the last 10 years. According to the author, due to the limited possibilities of municipalities, the problem of further reduction of those budgets remains a major commitment of the state. Proposals in support of schools and kindergartens in their fiscal activities and in ensuring a normal learning process are also formulated.

The article explores the shaping of narrators’ polyphonic identities in texts produced by Polish migrants temporarily residing in the UK and Ireland. Examining dozens of works produced between 2004 and 2015, Ślósarska tackles identity in relation to the fundamental determinants of self-narrative strategies. Her methodology is rooted in symbolic interactionism, standard patterns of biographies, and self-narration as a way of understanding and interpreting the world. Her conclusions focus on the function of self-narration in reconstructing individual and ethnic identities by migrants looking for new patterns of adaptation in unstable existential situations; the axiologization of the new experiences is discussed in relation to ethnic cultural memory and to the social and family identity roles developed earlier in life.

The persecution of the Polish society by German occupiers is the cause of both individual and institutional support actions. As part of the actions of the Polish Underground State, such an action is carried out by the Government of the Republic of Poland in exile, and in particular the Department of Labor and Social Welfare. The aid action are aimed at both repressed and threatened by reprisals, citizens of the Polish state, regardless of their religion and nationality. Due to the particularly brutal behavior of the Germans, directed directly at the destruction of the entire Jewish people, the authorities of the Polish State, together with many public and political organizations, held an organized action to help the Jews from the end of 1942. To this end, the Polish Council to Aid Jews ("Jegota") was established. Within his modest possibilities, the Council was making efforts to save as many Jews as possible.

The partnership process is a prerequisite for management activities and processes in the social and educational sphere. A key role for success is the partnership between the institutions in social protection from domestic violence. The creation of a model of interaction at a regional level is the next stage in the process of partnership within the Local mechanism for the application of the Law on protection from domestic violence. It is necessary to improve the process of coordination and information exchange; to provide training for professionals; to strengthen cooperation between institutions in the implementation of measures for rehabilitation of perpetrators of domestic violence; to develop social infrastructure to support victims and perpetrators through new programs, development of competences, new (social) services.

This article elucidates why the Kant’s transcendental scheme in its orthodox type is not a functionally reliable bridge in the transition from pure cognitive forms to real experiental “crystallizations”, and how this can be compensated by its transformation into a phenomenal structure including as its own elements regionally relevant kinaesthetic organization and “encoded ideas”. Ideas undergo deformalization – from “purely regulatory” schemes of reason, they go to constitutive structures that comprise regional figurative adhesions and as such receive regional “encoding” – contentful concretization. This type of rethinking of the transcendental scheme also leads to a significant change in the way in which local phenomena should be understood (such as, for example, socialization and education) so as to guarantee their rethinking in the transition from the empirical (but hermeneutically grasped manifold) to the phenomenal integrity in the encoded ideas as a regionally relevant, concrete “figurative kinship”.

The present article affects young people civic engagement issue through informal learning and education. The main civic education characteristics have been defined within the context of informal learning. Different educational approaches have been presented in order to help youngsters participate actively in various civic events. Key competences with fundamental meaning for students as per Bulgarian educational standards have been discussed. These competences also enable students’ better realization in their future lives. An example concerning the informal education has been proposed through the various discussions.

Forms and methods of communication in Bulgarian schools have retained archaic nature for decades. The pre-school and school education law reinforces the status quo in this important part of the relations between teachers and parents. The concept of the school community has been introduced without the provision of adequate support. Applications for two-way communication and feedback like Class dojo, bloomz, Seesaw, Classroom etc. are not well known and their use is limited.

The aim of the program is to identify the names of Polish citizens who lived in the territory of the Republic of Poland before September 1, 1939 and were opressed by the Third Reich military and civilian authorities, its officers and members of the Nazi Party; by the collaborative organizations, for assisting Jewish population.

This article strives to demonstrate some of the aspects of Bulgarians’ lives in the indicated district and time period. Their local living lifestyle has been partially examined through the connection between the mobility/immobility of the people, the three forms of exchange of goods between the communities (work, marriage and education) and the national identity.There is a symbiotic connection between the mobile and the immobile population. Periodically, part of the people who are led by material reasons, social hierarchy, exogamy, matrilocalism of the marriage etc., begin to self-identify as Greeks. The rest of the community is self-identified by their Bulgarianism. During the last quarter of 19th century, the ethnical origin still does not limit the diverse individual statuses and roles. By the time of the Balkan war declaring the national identity transforms into a means for (re)defining and updating the internal and the external borders between these groups of Bulgarians, including their relations with the rest of the population within the region.
