In the paper an analysis of the defined as important for the European educational policy key competences is made from the positions of the applying a reflexive approach to them in the context of the contemporary school education. This text describes different online forms introduced in the last 10 years in the teaching of practical Slovak language and a number of theoretical Slovakistic disciplines based on a synchronous approach, such as phonetics,morphology, lexicology, syntax, stylistics of contemporary Slovak language, and diachronic orientated disciplines such as the historical grammar of the Slovaklanguage and the history of Slovak literature. This work presents three basic typesof online forms, such as elements of e-learning: the reference form dominating inonline dictionaries, the form of memorization typical of the lexical simulator andthe control form used in online tests. Having said that, the role of two scientificprojects for the realization of these forms is emphasized – the project Bulgarian Virtual Slovakistics (2008-2010) and the project Virtual Slovakistics (2018).

The main text of the “Vita of St. Basil the New” appeared during the Middle Ages. The text became popular again during the Renaissance, and especially the part of the soul`s trials of Blessed Theodora.This edition is translated from Church Slavonic language and was published by Naiden Ioanovich in 1843. The translation from the Church Slavonic was made by Joakim Kurchovski. This study aims to describe the edition in terms of content and specific features of the Bulgarian literary language.

The author makes synopsis of some basic investigations, devoted to the reflection and synergetics, and presents experience on their combination by construction of the reflective-synergetic approach in the education. The relations between the organization, self-organization and reflexion are examined. The experimental work shows the positive effect of the combined use of the activities of creating and transforming mathematical problems on the formation and development, in reflective-synergetic plan of complex knowledge and skills in students to perform the basic activity - problem solving, which confirms the thesis: reflective-synergetic effect of the combined use of the triad is expressed in self-completion, completion of the various subsystems of the system of opportunities that forms both the learner and the teacher as self-organizing personalities.

One of the main pedagogical ideas at the beginning of the 21st century that provokes a significant change of the educational policies and practices, including in Bulgaria, and deserves a special attention, is the concept about the Inclusive education. In the presented survey a model of inclusive education that relies on the potential of art is outlined. The possibilities of nontraditional art activities (drawing with fingers and palms, painting with woolen threads, creation of a painting with raw wool) for the effective implementation of inclusive process is analyzed on the basis of taking into account the differences in the particularities of each student, the level of the student’s intellectual and social development, as well the emotional condition. Results from own empirical studies are presented. The conducted experimental activity with students and the questionnaire survey with parents and teachers is a bright proof that the nontraditional art activity is a powerful and effective tool in the inclusive educational environment but it is still not well-known and not used enough.

There are various perceptions of the quality of education for sustainable development, using diverse indicators, criteria and tools in the different European countries. The evaluation is at an organizational level and the main indicators are: management of the organization and the training service, planning, implementing and monitoring of the service, correspondence with the themes, goals and methods of education for sustainable development and competence of trainers. The article includes an analytical literature review of theoretical and practical information on systems and approaches for quality assurance of non-formal education for sustainable development. It also shortly presents the implemented Bulgarian system for evaluation of such services through the “Gold Walnut” quality badge. The developed criteria for quality assessment of educational activities and the “Gold Walnut” quality badge are directly related to the effectiveness of these activities for biodiversity conservation as a prevention tool. Conducting quality educational activities, related to the acquisition of new knowledge, skills and competences in ecology and environmental protection has a significant role in expanding the scope and increasing the effectiveness of services offered by nature and national park administrations and other environmental organizations.

Anton Nikopit is one of the forgotten representatives of the Bulgarian Revival intelligence, whose pedagogical work is almost unexplored. The article is devoted to the merits of the Revival writer in education - as a teacher, author and translator of didactical literature. Issues related to his literary work are clarified, the focus of the study being Constantinos Vardalachos`s text book of - Μαθηματαδιὰτοὺςπαιδασ (Ученiя за дѣца-та, Lessons for Children), translated by him. A description and analysis of the contents of the handbook, its structure, its subject, as well as the applied methodology of the classroom and lesson system are made. The conclusion contains in ferences about the usefulness of the textbook in view of the modern European practices of education and training that enter the Bulgarian secular education directly or through Greek didactic literature, and the merits of A. Nikopit in this process.
