Contemporary educational science is actively seeking ways in which it is possible for the growing personality to consciously absorb basic principles of high morale where national and universal human values would be equally combined. The latter serve as guidelines determining the subject of interaction between educators and pupils. In this respect, cooperative pedagogy with its methodology comes into the picture. It involves mutual respect, equality, sociability – all the attributes of the subject-to-subject interaction oriented towards the maximum activity of educators as well as pupils. It brings about a change in the traditional approach to essence, methods and forms used in the educational process. Its ultimate goal has to consist not only in pupils` understanding of a profound meaning hidden in moral values – it is more about moral act commitment through actions, words and feelings. Evaluation during the Romanian Language and Literature Class in Middle SchoolApplication – “Contest” Evaluation LessonDIACONU Andreea“Ștefan cel Mare” University of SuceavaE-mail: cretu.andreea87@yahoo.comReceived 13.02.2015; Accepted 20.02. 2015AbstractIn this paper, I have tried to approach teaching assessment methods and its specific procedures, as an important part of the educational process, for two reasons that have concerned me since the beginning of my teaching career. The first reason is the desire to explore, understand, and put into practice the evaluation process in middle school as fair as possible, the second reason being the desire to help students exceed their fears regarding evaluation, so that they perceive this stage as a crowning of their work and endeavor. On these lines, the research methods have constituted the first part of the paper, and in the second part, as case study I have used the “school contest” method during an evaluation and probation of knowledge lesson. The purpose of this paper is to generally review all the characteristics of this stage, because evaluation is a complicated process of the educational system and quite a controversial one. Hence, in the second chapter, I have firstly focused on highlighting some of the essential theoretical aspects of evaluation and, secondly, I have tried to approach the importance of teaching-learning-evaluation triad during the Romanian language and literature lessons. Last but not least, the third chapter encompasses a general overview of the specific methods of evaluation for middle school during the Romanian language and literature classes and the presentation of the evaluation and probation of knowledge, all of which being necessary in order to observe the means through which evaluation can be applied to this discipline.Towards the end of this paper, as an example, I have chosen to present the consecution of an evaluation and probation of knowledge lesson as a schoolcontest for the eighth grade. By choosing this particular method, I have intended to change the students’ understanding of the least pleasant stage of the teaching process, evaluation.

In this paper I will present the role of kinetotherapy in diminishing the physical deficiency of the lower limbs - genu recurvatum, the importance of practicing exercises on a regular basis, the importance of the subject's collaboration in the recovery process and the effect of the results of therapy.By the fact that the deficiency is not painful, as long as it does not change, and there are no complications, is required to be corrected especially for appearance. The best results come from preschoolers, followed by adolescents and then adults, with the recovery program having a greater number of repetitions of positions and exercises over a longer period of time because keeping results under control is more cumbersome , precisely because the processes of growth and development of the organism have come to an end.I want to show that to minimize and even reduce total deficiency genu recurvatum no need to resort to sophisticated equipment, costly and difficultInternational Journal of Educational Theory and Practice (IJETP)Volume 2/ Issue 3/ 201564to access, but enough simple exercises executed correctly with appropriate dosage. Besides those listed above, a big plus in early recovery is striving involvement and interesting topics.

Kyphosis is the highlight of the physiological curvature of the spine in the chest region with a curve greater than 50 degrees. The objectives of this paper were the description of the disease, the presentation of the treatment methods, the periodic examination of how the applied recovery program influences the quality of life of the patient as well as the statistical modeling of the obtained results, in order to highlight the degree of effectiveness and the effects of the applied methods. The present study was performed on nine subjects aged between 9 and 17 years, where a specific recovery program was applied, individualized according to needs and requirements for each subject, pursuing the same objectives. Subjects were evaluated periodically at the beginning of treatment, at the end and then at a subsequent check. In order to highlight the degree of efficiency, as well as the effects of this recovery program on the patients with kyphosis, the resulting values were statistically modeled. Following the evaluation of the diagrams, the differences between the values that appear over time were identified. At large, the differences were found in the positive sense, thus highlighting the effectiveness of the recovery program. At control the results were variable depending on the patient's determination, so in three of the cases there were slight aggravations of the situation, but nevertheless in all in the cases there were improvements of the disease during the treatment.

Lumbar spinal stenosis is a common disorder in middle-aged and elderly patients that results from narrowing of the neural canal and foramina, from congenital or degenerative causes. This narrowing leads to co-compression of the lumbosacral nerve root. Most patients with symptomatic lumbar stenosis have intermittent neurogenic claudication with decreased risk. However, although the physical findings and clinical symptoms of lumbar stenosis are not acute, radiographic findings are relatively severe. Magnetic resonance imaging is a non-invasive and good method for the evaluation of lumbar stenosis. Although there are very few studies that refer to the natural progression of lumbar stenosis, its symptoms respond favorably to nonoperative management. In patients who do not respond to non-operative treatment, surgical treatments, such as decompression or decompression with spinal fusion, are required.
