In an increasingly interconnected and regulated global landscape, understanding and implementing robust compliance frameworks are paramount for organizations across all sectors. This book aims to equip future leaders and professionals with the foundational knowledge, practical insights, and critical thinking skills necessary to excel in this dynamic domain. Guidebook complex compliance concepts into an accessible format, providing Master’s students with a robust foundation that aligns with European standards and prepares them for the demands of a globalized professional environment. This guidebook aims to synthesize comprehensive research on European Union approaches to Compliance Management, with a specific focus on its relevance and application within Ukrainian contexts.
