Summary/Abstract: After studying this chapter, learners will be able to: Explain how clear compliance communication supports a safe Speak Up / Listen Up culture and why it is essential for early detection of risks. Identify the main whistleblowing options (internal, external, public) and understand identity modes (open, confidential, anonymous) together with key safeguards such as confidentiality, non-retaliation, and expected timelines. Evaluate whether a reporting system works effectively by looking at basic indicators (timely acknowledgement, feedback, protection measures, lessons learned) and propose improvements where needed.
