Summary/Abstract: After studying this section, students will be able to: Know and understand the concept and content of anti-corruption policy, its main elements, as well as the role and significance of the latter for the compliance management of the enterprise. Know the key corruption risks and methods and means of their detection, assessment, and elimination/minimization. Know the main and auxiliary subjects of preventing and combating corruption and differentiate their powers depending on the level and scope of activity. Analyze the effectiveness of anti-corruption compliance programs, taking into account national anti-corruption legislation and local monitoring and control tools. Identify and develop effective measures to increase transparency, integrity, and corporate responsibility.
