WEWNĘTRZNY EMPLOYER BRANDING W OCENIE PRACOWNIKÓW BRANŻY IT W ŚWIETLE BADAŃ WŁASNYCH
The target of the study was to get to know the employees opinion about previous and current employers and to know the expectations of employees in relation to the employer. The article was based on studies of domestic and foregin literature and desk research and own research. At the beginning of 2018, qualitative research was conducted using the antropoligical interview. The selection of respondents was deliberate. The interviewers were working in the IT industry, were 30-40 years old, had a minimum of 4 year experience in the IT industry and changed their employer in the last 18 months.
