Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, enterprises operate in the conditions of high variability of the environment, which is the effect of increasing influence of various processes on organizations, including: development of information and communication technologies, virtualization, changes in the perception of own value by employees. Teleworking is just perceived as an alternative form of employment that increases the chances of employees and organizations to function more effectively on the labour market and in the business space. The article describes the specificity of teleworking which is the effect of virtualization of work system. The authors present a report where the assumption is to present the main determinants of the choice of teleworking as an attractive form of employment. The research results show that the attractiveness of telework is connected with the possibility of reducing problems related to the employees management system. In the opinion of the respondents the flexibility of the labour market does not increase the attractiveness of teleworking.
