Подобряване на междуличностните отношения между pодителите на деца от различни етноси в детската градина

Author(s): Margarita Krasteva / Language(s): Bulgarian Issue: 3/2017

The children are unique and unforgettable future personalities and should not stay outside the processes of our time as they learn from life. They should not live in an atmosphere of criticism, hostility, ridicule and shame, but in an atmosphere of tolerance, encouragement, praise, integrity, safety, goodwill, friendship and love. The analysis of the current state of Bulgarian education highlights the large number of excluded and drop-out children. In Bulgaria it is observed alarmingly high percentage of children of compulsory school age who are not included in the education system or eventually drop out later. Greater is the share of children at risk, particularly among Roma population.

Author(s): Atanaska Stancheva / Language(s): Bulgarian Issue: 2/2017

The aim of the article is to show how and to what extent global ideas for sustainable development and use of natural resources are understood and implemented in Bulgaria by revealing and analyzing some of the specifics of two parallel and interconnected trends aimed at achieving sustainable agriculture. These are organic farming and relocalization of food through the implementation of the concept of food sovereignty represented on the local level by Hrancoop movement. The views of the bio-farmers and their connectedness to the concepts of alternative agriculture are also presented, as well as the policies, regulations and subsidies in the agricultural sector and the protection of the environmental. За диалога между педагозите в началното училище и специалистите, работещи в социално-педагогически институции

Author(s): Maria Dishkova / Language(s): Bulgarian Issue: 1/2017

This text highlights an extremely important and serious problem, which concerns the whole development of contemporary students. The name of the problem is lack of dialogue and interaction between the educational and social-pedagogical institutions. It is a fact that today’s educational reality is very different and definitely needs special attention from the pedagogical theory and practice. In school and in the classrooms almost every day we have cases that require serious intervention from specialized social-pedagogical institutions. To be effective, this intervention must be adequate and in time. In specific situations, the teacher is not only completely powerless to respond, but could complicate the situation if acting unprofessional. The article cites a research, conducted for several years. The aim of the study was to confirm or deny the hypothesis that there is no interaction between the educational and social-pedagogical institutions. The research is made through a questionnaire designed for educators working in the field of primary education. The reasons for absence of such interaction could be found equally in both sides. On one hand, the school rarely asks for outside help. On the other hand, the social-pedagogical institutions do not always respond in time, or in the best way. It turns out that the “cold war” in the education of Bulgarian children exists not only between teachers and parents, but also at institutional level - between the capacities that carry professional responsibility for training, education and overall development of the younger generation. Educational interaction is an indispensable condition for achieving positive results in the implementation of these processes. The lack of educational cooperation will not only stop progress, but can cause serious damage in shaping the character.

Новите педагогически парадигми и взаимодействието с деца и родители в образованието

Author(s): Nely Boiadjieva / Language(s): Bulgarian Issue: 1/2018

The leading ideas of contemporary pedagogical paradigm at the beginning of the new century are result from general changes in society, social structures, family types and partners interaction, the school and expectations towards its role in the process of interaction “children-parents-teachers”. The ways to reach it are in the non-contradictory realization that the real partnership interrelation and in the assimilation and controling of the art of peaceful (nonviolence, not aggressive) constructive communication. For this type of communication new skills are necessary, which all parties (children, parents, teachers) in the interaction have to assimilate and to develop together with common activities. Their roots are in altruism, empathy and love, which are an essence of the humanity and true humaneness in relationships. They are sustainable in the temple of knowledge – the school. This is the main conclusion from the analysis of the new pedagogical paradigm for interaction with children and parents in the education.

Author(s): Petko St. Petkov / Language(s): Bulgarian Issue: 1/2018

In this article, the text of the protocol on the acceptance of the preliminary Bases of Peace, signed by representatives of Russia and the Ottoman Empire on January 19, 1878 in Adrianople, was published in Bulgarian. The analysis of the document shows that this is the first inter-state agreement at the end of the Russian-Turkish War of 1877 – 1878, which envisages the establishment of an autonomous Bulgarian state (Principality of Bulgaria). The boundaries of the Principality are determined according to the principle of the majority of the Bulgarian population, but cannot be less than the limits set by the Constantinople Conference of the Great Powers in 1876.

Експеримент с мобилна станция и дисперсионно моделиране в търсене на отговор на въпроса трафикът ли е източникът на пиковите обгазявания на Стара Загора с азотни оксиди

Author(s): Yanka Stoyanova,Nikolai Takuchev / Language(s): Bulgarian Issue: 1/2018

Between 2006 and 2012, the stationary automatic air quality monitoring station in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria repeatedly registered peaks of the nitrogen dioxide concentration over-treshold levels (the highest so far in Bulgaria), with unknown origin. The main suspect was traffic оn the street near the measuring station. The behavior and intensity of air pollution with nitrogen oxides emitted by the motor vehicles crossing a city junction, with three times more intense traffic than that near the stationary station, was investigated. The study included vehicle counting and subsequent dispersion modeling. At the time of counting, total urban nitrogen pollution in the junction area was measured by a mobile station. Within seven years - 2010, 2011 and 2017 were conducted three studies of the junction. It was found that for 7 years in the city‘s car fleet only the number of small passenger cars is decreased (49 times). The maximum concentrations of nitrogen oxides, both measured and calculated, are close in magnitude and are several times smaller than the peak values measured by the stationary station. That is, the analysis of the experiment data showed that the traffic is not the source of the peak pollution with nitrogen dioxide over Stara Zagora. Nitrogen oxides pollution often concentrates around the southwestern corner of city junctions due to the prevailing wind direction from the north-northeast.

Author(s): Iliana Strahilova / Language(s): Bulgarian Issue: 3/2017

The following article is based on a research on the prom night in Pernik region, Bulgaria. Some of the main problems illustrated in the article are related to the different ideas about the preparations for the prom. The article will focus on the gender specifics and the symbols typical of the ritual behaviour of the participants. Thus, we can understand the reasons behind the seniors’ practices during this celebration.

Русините – един скрит народ в Централна Европа.

Author(s): Kostadin Kostadinov / Language(s): Bulgarian Issue: 3/2017

The article presents in brief the history and the present of the Rusyns – one of the many European peoples “without a state”. They are an indigenous population of the Northern Carpathians inhabiting a territory in the geographical centre of Europe; however, during their millennial historical development they had their own state only once and for one day. Today, their historical region, Carpathian Ruthenia, is divided between five countries. In Ukraine, where the majority of the Rusyns lives, they do not have adequate political and cultural minority rights. In the rest of the countries, although they have different degrees of cultural and administrative autonomy, the Rusyns are facing the danger of assimilation because of their small number. Even though they are a geopolitical and ethnocultural reality, their future is at stake.

“What is Fatmagül’s Guilt?” Ethnology at the End of the Workday

Author(s): Vanya Zhekova / Language(s): English Issue: 1/2017

The paper offers an ethnological reading of the Turkish TV series “What is Fatmagül’s guilt?” as well as a critical view on its broadcast on Bulgarian television. The central subject matter is a group rape which sets the main theme of the series: violence against women. The authors develop the theme in two main forms:physical/sexual and symbolic violence, the latter regulated and maintained by thewedding ritual. The core of the latter is the problem of virginity.Special focus is paid to the script and the way in which pre-modern culture is presented. There are examples which show that the literary text is not only a super structure over cultural facts or their basic illustration, but in many cases it conducts a dialogue with them, transforms them and even rejects them as cultural practices (the problem of guilt, the ‘besmirching’ of the woman, the first wedding night complex, the cultural meaning of the red colour in a man’s relationship with his wife, the bed, material and spiritual, etc.). The series represents a good example of creative work on and analysis of pre-modern culture.
