This project significantly changed the educational process in the Stoyu Shishkov Primary School. Students participating in the project play the role of researchers who, within half a year, search for and record ancient techniques for dyeing tissues; explore how many families have dealt with weaving and tertiary; care from which plants the dyes were made of. The project started out as extracurricular activity and grew into creativity in all directions of educational and educational work.

This work includes the study of competitive Informatics problems given to the first of the school year‘s national competitions in Informatics for competitive group E (4.-5. year), whose statements resemble mathematical models. This is a description of an approach to integrate knowledge and skills in Mathematics and Informatics by creating software for solving linear (arithmetic) equations with a single variable. These are the equations of type a + x = b, x - a = b, a - x = b, a * x = b, x / a = b and a / x = b where a and b are given positive numbers, and the variable x is sought in the set consisting of all natural numbers. This type of tasks for 10-11 year old students is known as finding variables and more accurately - finding unknown addends, minuends, subtrahends, divisibles, dividers and multipliers. Using the method of inversion, applied in solutions of arithmetic equations in mathematics, one can write code in C++ to solve problems, which find an unknown variable in a composite arithmetic equation with one, two, three or more operations. This work is designed for teachers of Mathematics and Informatics.

This text presents the results of a research on the impact of the self-reflection portfolio on developing self-knowledge skills of students compiling. 24 students from VIII-th grade of the Vocational School of Electrical Engineering and Electronics – Plovdiv have participated in this research.To realize the goal of the research the following methods are used: pedagogical monitoring, testing and inquiries. The analysis of the data from the tests and the inquiries shows that the enrichment of the self-knowledge of the students leads to a more stable and accurate self eva-luation.

Issues related to the diagnosis and the formation of organizational culture are discussed in the management theory and practice, as organizational culture is seen as one of the determining competitive advantages of the organization.The management of educational institutions increasingly pays attention to the need to change the present culture, which has a positive effect on the staff and helps to improve the quality of the educational process and the popularity of the educational institution. In order to measure and establish the type of organizational culture in the school, standardized methodologies are needed and there are currently no data for their existence in Bulgaria. The essence of organizational culture in schools is very specific in comparison to the private sector, and this is an obstacle to the use of ready-made and standardized methodologies for companies, enterprises or other organizational structures. Therefore, the aim of the present study is to present the first steps in setting up a test to ensure the objective measurement and diagnosis of the type of organizational school culture.

The well-being of the child at pre-school age is associated with physical, psychological, social and emotional health. International and national documents set the strategic framework for the development of health problems. A brief retrospective until 2005 illustrates the achievements in Bulgaria related to the child‘s health education. The intention and the content of studies in some EU countries about health education problems allow to be revealed analogues in Bulgaria in compliance with the “lifelong learning” directive.

The condition of the attention of children with special educational needs (SEN) has an extremely significant place in the formation of their cognitive and emotional-volitional sphere. The attention influences all their activity and the efficiency of the teaching process. In this context, the article directs to the necessity of the improvement of both theoretical and practically-oriented education of the students. They must be competent enough to be able to create an adequate organization of the learning process that could support the development of the attention and its different features. It is important for the future teacher not only to know the peculiarities of the attention of small students with SEN but also to use effective methods for attention’s diagnostics, for increasing the degree and improvement of its features as well as techniques for its activation, support, management and development.

The lack of effective connectivity between performance and wages of teachers is one of the reasons for their low motivation to achieve high quality in the educational process. The study suggests an idea how this inequality which has moral and material dimensions to be restricted. The legal basis for this idea is the Strategy for the development of the higher education, where it is critically discussed that:– there is lack of differentiation in wages in accordance with teachers and researchers’ contribution to the science and educational process;– hinders the career development of teachers at Bulgarian academic institutions.The paper proposed a model for quantifying the quality and volume of academic and research activity in order the wages of teachers to be properly determined. The implementation of such a model will be in interest of all. In such way preconditions for better ranking of higher schools in the national rating system will be achieved.

Docudrama or semi‐documentary series are television programs that imitate documentary style and form while depicting fiction and using actors. They appeared in Poland in 2010 and were produced for and featured on the most popular Polish mainstream television channels, Polsat and TVN. Three years later their popularity has yet to peak. The success of the semi‐documentary series can be seen as a response to the economic and, perhaps, cultural crises of recent times. They certainly satisfy a particular need within many viewers for easy entertainment that is sensational and engaging yet lightweight and undemanding. While the genre’s lack of sophistication and its audience’s facile appreciation may draw criticism, they have attracted much attention beyond their first instance popularity, instigating various vlogs, parody videos on YouTube, Facebook fanpages and other instances of media and interaction. This paper will look at the causes underlying this recent cultural phenomenon and consider the extent of its reach.

The text conceptualises the methodical projection as a fundamental activity, aimed at organising an effective learning process. It presents a project for studying ancient Greek poetry, as well as the poem “Love” by Sappho studied in 8th grade. Its rationales are multi-dimensional: the Literature standard and the curriculum for grade 8th; the cognisance that the traditional view of knowledge is that it is something that can be pre-prepared and given to the student – a passive receiver of knowledge; the constructivist idea about the social construction of knowledge in a dialogic learning environment, where the learners are ‘subjects’ and they are equals; the concept for reading literacy and literary competence; as well as the activities that develop them.

The article suggests a model of developing learning in a mixed class from fifth to seventh grade according to syllabus in order to develop communicative competence related to fifth graders an answer to a vital question: seventh graders an article on free topic. The model in practices that save an educational time (tasks with mutual solving of problems from two aging groups, tasks for related control about the fulfilment of the tasks, etc.) The article represents the need of realisation of the model of the lesson in Bulgarian as a communicative model as well as interaction-an appropriate pedagogic interaction. Structural logic of the suggested lesson-preparation of creating students’ texts (an answer to a vital question, an interpretation on free topic) is represented in the context in the reality in mixed class.

Fashion, both in its manufacturing dimension and as a field of visual culture, remains morally involved. The article is an attempt to incorporate phenomena related to fashion in an ethical perspective. The first part of the article focuses on mass production practices: such as shipping, greenwashing, fur farm industry, or the negative environmental impact associated with production. The second part of the article is devoted to the practices related to the culture-producing dimension of fashion, as well as the total aesthetization of everyday life (and the resulting anesthetization), the falsification and the simularization of reality or fashion projects based on the use of motives rooted in culture or religion.
