The article is dedicated to the peculiarities of migration processes, taking into account the analogy with popular-genetic approaches in biology. In considering the issues of migration and transfer of human masses behind socio-economic factors, it perceives the biological essence of the human population. The first theories on the migration of the human population were formulated in the middle of the 19th century in England. The subject of the analysis is the peculiarities of migration in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the region of Central Asia since the collapse of Soviet space. The study of migration processes in individual regions requires the accumulation and systematization of vast and varied information that is used to solve the problems of the economic and social development of the countries. The comparative analysis shows that in the countries of Central Asia and the Eurasian region migration is rather a distribution of nationalities in the newly emerging countries and has more economic aspect. Migration pressure on Europe and the EU has a cultural and civilization aspect, a conflict vector and Islamic radicalization, with a high risk of terrorism. The economic goal is to use the generous social systems of the European countries without integration into society. Through this article, I would like to point out that the biological essence of men is cleverly concealed by the socio-economic causes of migration and migratory waves during different periods of human development in the 19th, 20th century and early years of the new millennium, and can be an instrument to explain the occurrence of existing phenomena. The main conclusion is that the historical phenomena of moving large masses of the human population can be analyzed and explained with some biological features of the species Homo sapiens recent L.

The process of objectively delineating the meaning of symbol-symbols plays an important role in education, teaching, upbringing and universal socialization of a human being. It is an area of transcultural struggles, which should be sought for exposing the entire truth about man’s recognition of his place in the history of the world. Conscious choices based on free will and internal freedom allow a person to eliminate socialization and upbringing based on post-antropological assumptions and to develop internal dialogue sublimating developmental dynamics. Representatives of the institutional cultural order, interpreting social facts and phenomena, including, for example, organizing the process of justice punishing the excluded as perpetrators of degenerative behaviors, they allow conscious choice of values, norms and rules of conduct and systems of penal liability for all persons who are in conflict with criminal law. Minimizing internal isolation in order to rationalize punishment towards civilizational and cultural solutions, should be done not by mechanical and simplistic imposition of patterns but by substantively enlarging the scope of self-control behavior of convicts towards other people and behavior in groups.

The resocialization process is based on two basic methods of influence on the individual. The first of these is the interaction based on the direct relationship of the educator with the foster child. The second method is a work based on a social group. This text is an attempt to summarize pedagogical practice and compare it with theoretical requirements. The subject of the analysis is the problem of creating a group and the deepened process of its creation. Factors conducive to the group’s formation process and basic methods of its positive creation will be presented. The group in the process of resocialization is the basic tool of sociotherapeutic interactions. Skillful control over its creation and dynamics of change is a guarantee of the success of rehabilitation interactions in the case of minors. Skillful control of her work causes that social rehabilitation moves from external commands to internal norms and values of both individuals and the whole community. Issues related to contemporary problems of resocialization make us realize that the process of resocialization is very complex. Exogenous and endogenous factors make it very difficult to undertake actions aimed at re-socialization of people who have not been socially adapted to date. It should be emphasized that despite this, rehabilitation takes placeand often brings the desired results. Resocializing persons make every effort to ensure that despite impediments, people who are subjected to rehabilitation activities understand that only living in accordance with legal norms leads to development, satisfaction and successes.

The issue of domestic violence is undoubtedly commonly known. The fast growing mass media pay little attention to it. Stereotypes concerning this phenomenon are still seen in the 21st century and it is them that make the families hide their problem. Outsiders prefer not to get engaged in helping the victims as it is wrongly believed that the issue is a private matter. A vast majority of people assume that aggression, violence and brutal behaviour occurs only in pathological homes, where help cannot be provided due to the way those families function, behaviour is believed to be continued from generation to generation and aggressive behaviour is inherited. There are cases where people from the outside criticise victims claiming it is them who lead to this situation, accepting the issue and not trying to free themselves from the tyrant. Domestic violence may concern any family of any social status. Perpetrators, as well as the victims, may be intelligent, well educated people working on prestigious positions. This phenomenon may undoubtedly touch anyone in society. It is important to fight the existing stereotypes but is not an easy task as the society is often unaware that domestic violence is a collective issue. Changing the common beliefs and increasing social consciousness may be particularly helpful to young people who in a dozen or so years will be the adults creating their countries future. Examples set at home play a basic but vital role in functioning of young generations. The symptoms of aggression not only spoil family and social relationships but also cause a great threat to mental health and the physical human unit. They can irreversibly change a person, as well as disturb all existing existence.
