Summary/Abstract: The process of objectively delineating the meaning of symbol-symbols plays an important role in education, teaching, upbringing and universal socialization of a human being. It is an area of transcultural struggles, which should be sought for exposing the entire truth about man’s recognition of his place in the history of the world. Conscious choices based on free will and internal freedom allow a person to eliminate socialization and upbringing based on post-antropological assumptions and to develop internal dialogue sublimating developmental dynamics. Representatives of the institutional cultural order, interpreting social facts and phenomena, including, for example, organizing the process of justice punishing the excluded as perpetrators of degenerative behaviors, they allow conscious choice of values, norms and rules of conduct and systems of penal liability for all persons who are in conflict with criminal law. Minimizing internal isolation in order to rationalize punishment towards civilizational and cultural solutions, should be done not by mechanical and simplistic imposition of patterns but by substantively enlarging the scope of self-control behavior of convicts towards other people and behavior in groups.
