Summary/Abstract: In the article the author tries to defend a thesis, that the support of fomer prisoners must include both: direct actions toward the former prisoners (strengthening their inner resources) and developing system solutions that involve the whole community (outer resources). The author highlites the need of intensyfying redistribution and recogniction policy; she also pays the attention to the work with the former prisoners – it should be personalised, former prisoner adjusted.
