Особливості жирнокислотного складу поверхневих ліпідів деяких водних рослин під впливом забруднювачів

It was shown that some emergent aquatic plants may be used for treatment of waste waters. The plants have specific composition of surface lipids (SL). The SL composition was found to be changed under the influence of water pollutants. These changes concerned the processes of elongation and desaturation of the SL components. The response to contamination was specific for each species.

On the basis of research of litter mesofauna in four forest biogeocenoses of the Poltava region the trophic-weight models of invertebrate communities are creating. The biomass differentiation between trophic levels, weight and taxonomic structure of the separate levels are analysed. The changes of some agrochemical properties of soils of model plots closed to industrial enterprises with fluoride atmospheric emissions were studied. The alkalescence of soils at the plots was found. The article touches upon the burning questions of environmental contamination with high-polymeric compounds. The possibility of these compounds transformation into energy carriers with the help of anaerobic methanegenic associations has been estimated. The mechanisms of interaction between certain populations of methanegenic association microorganisms have been studied. The selection of the microorganisms, which took part in the transformation of polymers into energy carriers, has been carried out. Some artificial microbial populations have been created. The influence of outer factors on the processes of intensification and increase of obtained amounts of energy carriers in the course of high-polymeric compounds transformation by anaerobic microorganisms has been studied.

Характеристика биохимических параметров двух гигрофильных видов амфибий из биотопов канала днепр–донбасс

Research of biochemical parameters of two aquatic amphibian species was conducted in biotopes of the channel Dnieper-Donbass. Finding data showed a high level of protein and lipids in animal organs and tissues. Характеристика содержания бензола в органах и тканях бесхвостых амфибий из различных по степени загрязнения мест обитания

Benzene content in organs and tissues of tailless amphibians from the habitats different on the degree of contamination (sewage area Dniprovsko-Orelsky nature reserve of chemical enterprises and control biotopes of the Dniprovsko-Orelsky nature reserve) was studied. The coefficients of benzene bioaccumulation in organs and tissues were calculated. An estimation of organs as the benzene micro - and macro concentrators is given. Comparative analysis of the benzene accumulation in aquatic and terrestrial amphibians has been prepared.
