Summary/Abstract: Basic descriptions of blossoming of some ornamental flowering plants under condition of environmental pollution by motor transport emissions are presented. Amount of flowers (or inflorescences) per individual plant is the most informative test-index at highways territories. Petunia × hybrida and Salvia splendens are proposed to be a test object for phytomonitoring.
